Survey Management
Surveys are an auxiliary tool that makes it easier to determine the needs of customers and suppliers, measure their satisfaction levels, determine the weaknesses and strengths of the products and services offered by the company, identify areas open to improvement and development, or evaluate people's opinions on various issues. In Workcube, "Survey" can be used in Product Management, Marketing or within the Company.
It provides the necessary infrastructure to learn the thoughts and opinions of employees on the subject of a decision to be taken within the company, an application or planning an in-house social event. With this function, an unlimited number of surveys and questions related to the survey are created and shared with employees at their roles and authority levels, and analysis and evaluation can be made according to the feedback, thanks to Workcube's analysis and reporting tools.
