Family Status Notification Report
Family Notification Report is the document in which employees officially declare their family information, such as marital status, spouse's employment status and number of children, to the employer. This report is of critical importance for both the employee and the employer in terms of correct payroll and legal obligations. It ensures that payroll accounts, government supports and official records are received in accordance with the required criteria.

Employee Relatives in the employee details must be filled in in order to receive records in the Family Status notification. The criteria entered in the employee relative field are reflected in the Family Status Notification report. A bulk list can be obtained through the report.
