Discipline and Other Procedures
Discipline is the whole of the measures taken to ensure compliance with general thoughts and behaviors. The purpose of disciplinary regulations is to ensure internal discipline within the company and to create a peaceful and safe working environment. Every job has a Job Description. In this context, employees who know the job conditions and the sanctions for not complying with the job conditions will comply with the job conditions better.
The disciplinary punishments or awards received by the employee on Workcube are recorded in the personnel file of the employee and can be viewed in the employee details in the e-profile module.
Before using this area, Disciplinary Penalty Types and Reward Types must first be defined.
Reward Types
Path: HR > Other Transactions > Discipline and Other Transactions > Reward Types
These are the reward definitions given by the company to its employees based on the employee's motivation and extra performance. For example: certificate of achievement, promotion, bonus, gift certificates, etc.

Types of Disciplinary Punishment
Path: HR > Other Transactions > Disciplinary and Other Transactions > Disciplinary Penalty Types
These are the types of sanctions imposed on employees who disrupt the order in order to ensure the order and discipline of the workplace. For example: warning, reprimand, pay cut, dismissal, etc.

Disciplinary Actions
Path: HR - HR > Other HR > Disciplinary and Other Actions > Disciplinary Disciplinary penalties given to the employee are recorded in the Disciplinary Procedures field. You can also list all disciplinary penalties processed in your company from this area.

If you notify your employee of the disciplinary penalties recorded in the system by signature, you can also save the documents you have signed in the system from the Documents field in the details of the entered records.
Awards
Path: HR - HR > Other HR > Disciplinary and Other Procedures > Awards
Rewards given to the employee are also recorded under Disciplinary Procedures.

The subject, type and date of the award are entered with an explanation of which employee is given the award.
Incident Report
Path: HR - HR > Other HR > Disciplinary and Other Procedures > Incident Report

What can be done with the Incident Report?
- Creating a notification letter to the prosecutor's office,
- Witness statements are recorded
- Creating a "Defense Request Letter" in which the employer requests a written defense from the employee,
- Recording the disciplinary board decisions,
- Recording the termination letter or penalty notification letters,
- Printing the incident report can be done.
Feedback
It is used to record and report disciplinary penalties given to the employee.
