Customer/Contact Management
Customer-Supplier module functions are used to register potential customers and suppliers with which an institution wants to have a relationship, to recognize the interlocutors, and to track all relationships and communications with customers and suppliers. Contacts, that is, employees, are recorded in the "Contact Persons" section in the details of the registered clients. These records are scanned through the contact screen and missing contacts are recorded in the system. Information about corporate/individual accounts, including branches, employees, orders, offers, quotas, agreements, accounting and financial information, analyses, bank accounts, credit cards, projects, are scanned through the contact and details are accessed. Therefore, the Contact screen also serves as an address information bank.
Member Concept, Corporate and Individual Classification
Workcube membersWorkcube groups customers into two basic categories: corporate and individual.
Corporate Member: All customers, companies, suppliers, corporate business partners, etc. It is registered in the system as "Corporate Member". When a company is registered in the system as an active corporate member, all relationships with that company (sales, purchasing, finance, agreement, etc.) become executable through the system.
Individual Member:All independent individuals (usually individual customers) with whom businesses have a relationship must be registered in the system as "Individual Members". Individual members can access encrypted areas on your company's public portal (website) with the username and password given to them. The people you want to access the Partner Portal must be registered as corporate members. While all employees within the registered company (Corporate Member) are registered in the system as an employee of this company, the employee can automatically call up the information if he is also your individual member.
