Marketing Parametric Definitions
Marketing is the process by which companies determine which goods or services will appeal to their customers and determine strategies for improving sales, communications, and business management. One of the most important units of businesses is the "Marketing" department. To use the marketing module, process definition - authorization, parametric definitions and data entries are required.

Campaign Categories
Campaign classifications can be provided by campaign category definitions. Definitions such as 20% Discount Opportunity on Training Packages, 1 Year Support Service for New Product Purchases can be made.

Campaign Sub-Categories
Campaigns can be classified in detail by making sub-breakdowns related to the campaign category. Definitions such as HR training can be made under the 20% Discount category on training.

Campaign Team Roles
Employees who will take part in the campaign can be determined according to their roles. Definitions such as Trainer, Sales Specialist can be made.

Communication Methods
After the campaign is created, communication methods for sending via the list manager are defined. Submissions are made according to the communication method.

Event Categories
Event classifications are made by event categories. For example; fairs, seminars, etc.

Label Template
For the campaign, the people to whom the campaign will be sent are selected in the list manager. Label printing template labels are printed for the people in this list manager.

Module Authority and Process Definitions
Which modules a user will access are set under authorization groups. Users can access the modules authorized in that authorization group; a user who is not authorized to the module cannot access the business functions of that module. In order to view or edit the Marketing module, there must be authorization in the Marketing module under Sales and Marketing.
If the user also needs to see the Standard Reports of this module, the "Report User" box must also be checked.
In order to manage marketing operations, the process is first defined and then the stages are defined. Stages; It is the operation of an authorization-approval mechanism where certain users are given certain powers. 4.2.3.9. Events
Businesses aim to increase brand awareness and sales by organizing events such as conferences, launches, stores and fairs. Events and organizations can be managed, participants can be viewed and contacted through an online platform.
4.2.3.5. Posts and Content
Content is created from the campaign details and there is a list of posts to keep track of the sent content in one place. You can list which campaign was sent by whom and when.
4.2.3.3. Target group
Target audience constitutes statistical information about who will buy the product to be marketed and for what purpose. In order to market and sell every product and service within the balance of supply and demand, the target audience must be determined. When determining target audiences, it is necessary to first consider who in the target market will purchase the product or service to be sold and for what reason.
4.2.3.11. Member Analysis Forms
Member Analysis Forms include information about the service you provide, the products you sell, the nature of a business, etc. These are studies carried out to determine standards and feedback.
