MACHINE-EQUIPMENT and BUILDINGS
Businesses can keep a list of the machinery and equipment they own or rent on Workcube, and track in detail the periodic maintenance plans made for these machines and equipment and their results, by recording and controlling all movements such as selling, returning, transferring machinery and equipment to different locations.
You can transfer your records into Workcube in bulk at the initial stage, with an Excel document that you will prepare in accordance with the specified format, from the Control Panel > System > Import > Physical Asset Transfer page.
Note: You can download and check the sample product file. The document to be transferred must comply with the format.
You can list your Machinery-Equipment and Buildings on the relevant module page.

You can add new records and update existing records on the Machinery-Equipment and Buildings page. You can do this with the "Add" and "Update" buttons.
Recommendation: Use the PAM definitions on the parameter page of your company. according to your needs and criteria. Additional detailed information appears on the pages depending on the property type selection.
For example; If you choose to rent, you can enter and track the rental amount, duration and payment period of the equipment you rent.
