Production Orders
The production process begins by transferring the product items determined to be produced in the sales order to the Production Orders function under the Production Planning module.
Path: ERP > Production > Production Planning > Production Orders
When your orders reach the production stage, they appear on the Production Planning - Production Orders screen to be given a production order. All details of the order can be observed here. (Order date, delivery date, current account to be produced, how much of the relevant product will be produced? Is there any production request or production order given? Stock details of the product, stock status according to warehouses, etc.)
For detailed information about XML settings, you can review the "Production Planning Page Settings" document.
In addition, many operations can be performed here according to your needs. You can view detailed information by clicking on the order number.

The work schedule (shift), the order quantity to be produced and the start date can be updated through orders. If you want to see the material requirement of the product to be produced, it comes automatically. You can do this for any product you want or for all products to be produced.
From here, you can create the transaction you need, such as delivery note, warehouse voucher, internal requisition, purchase request, for materials defined in the product tree but missing from stocks. You can also create a production request for a production order or place a direct production order.
Type: A production request can be created from both the Orders and Requests pages. Partial requests can also be created on the Orders page.
Attention: When we filter without checking the "Group" box on the Production Planning-Orders screen, products with the same spec number in different orders appear one under the other on a row basis. A production order is placed by selecting the orders in the relevant line and pressing the "Send to production" button.
Attention: For the grouping function to work, the Production Planning-Orders "Group" box must be checked. By checking this box, the same products with the same spec number appear on the screen as a single line. By pressing on the order, you can see which order's products have arrived. Likewise, a production order is placed by selecting the relevant orders and pressing the "Send to production" button.

Type: With the deadline calculation feature on the order screens, instant delivery time is provided to customers with order registration based on the status of work orders on existing workstations.
Create Request
You can create a production request by selecting the relevant order, entering the stage and request number, and then clicking "Create Request".
Send to Production
You can place a production order by selecting the relevant orders and pressing the "Send to Production" button.
Material Requirements
You can click on the "Material Requirement List" to view the order-based material requirement list, and you can click on the "All Material Requirement List" button to view all.
The quantities of other materials in the product required to produce 1 unit of product are defined earlier in the product tree.
Depending on how many units of product are desired to be produced, the quantities of other products included in that product are automatically calculated by the system. As a result of this calculation, a material requirement plan is created, taking into account the quantities in stock.
As a result of this plan, the required quantities are taken into stock through transactions such as delivery note, warehouse voucher or purchase request. If we have enough of the other products in the product tree to be able to produce the product, we can now send the product to production.
You can also get your material needs in bulk, that is, you can have this calculation made according to the responsible person, supplier, product, product category, purchase price list, listing and warehouse, based on production requests and orders in the desired date range.
As a result of this calculation, it will show you data by product, requirement, actual stock, active stock, minimum stock price, reserved from purchase orders, expected production orders, remaining, unit, total price and currency.
