You create your orders according to your needs, demands and stock status. At the same time, you can directly convert incoming sales orders into production orders. You can place your production orders in bulk and finalize them in bulk. If you have semi-finished products produced in the tree of the product you produce, you can automatically create a related production order.
You can create a production order by selecting the order or product by selecting the "+" icon on the Production Orders page.
The icon marked below is the “Deadline Calculation” icon. By clicking on this icon, the system calculates a date according to the density of the selected station. This selection comes depending on the "Calculate Deadline" option in the XML settings.
Type: For detailed information about XML Settings, you can review the "Production Planning Page Settings" document.
When you click on the Production Details button, the "Product Tree" section appears at the bottom of the page. In this section, you can see the total unit requirement and stocks required for production. At the same time, the system allows opening a work order for all levels in the main product.
If Continuous is selected in the Work Type field, it carries out the relevant work order on the relevant date without dividing it. If partial is selected, it is made by dividing.
In addition to the Production Orders page, orders can also be created via the following methods;
Production Requests: Requests on the request screen can be converted into orders by sending to production.
Production Orders: Order stage "Production" Orders are listed on the Production Orders page, you can create a production order by selecting the relevant orders from this page.
Production Orders Detail
1-Reserve Stock: If this box is selected, the reservation process in stocks will be performed. It is reserved for the amount of the production order.
2-When the production result is entered, the update process is provided from this icon.
3-Disassembly: If this box is checked, the consumption components enter the stock and the main product leaves the stock.
With the help of the links on the top right, you can view warnings about the production order, add a new production order and result, and go to the tree of the relevant product.
4-Widget Windows: You can add documents and notes about the production order in the Documents and Notes area.
Employee time expenses for the production order are recorded from the time expenses window.
Note: In order to define a physical asset for the production order, the physical asset must be defined by going to the details of the selected station. When you go to the detail of the asset type of the added physical asset, the reserve box must be checked. If it is not checked, the physical asset will not be seen.
When you want to add a physical asset to the production order without defining a physical asset to the station, the Common Use box in the detail of the physical asset must be checked.
Recommendation: For detailed information, see the document called "MACHINE-EQUIPMENT and BUILDINGS". You can read it.
Consumables and Wastes are displayed at the bottom of the page. In this example, since there is no wastage at the main recipe level, only consumables are displayed.
Sub-production orders are displayed in the Associated Production Orders field. In order to display the sub-production order in this field, the "Should Sub-Production Orders Be Selected?" option must be selected as yes in the XML settings.
An outline requirement table is displayed in the Material Requirement Table field. If necessary, internal demand is created from here.
You can add the production result from the Production Results field or go to the entered production result detail.
You can view and save who performed the operation and the operation result from the Operations field.
What is the Difference Between a Production Requisition and a Production Order?
When you create a production request, unlike a production order, the system does not reserve the product you want to produce and the materials you will consume. It has no effect on the stock account that can be sold. However, we can issue the order after we run the material requirement to them as an internal production request and complete the supply process. Or, we can make changes to orders with material constraints, provide material updates in the relevant orders, and then publish the production order.

Distributing production orders to stations
Added Function: When production order details are listed on the ERP > Production > Production Planning > Production Orders new record page, a window has been added that allows production orders to be given by dividing sub-production orders to different stations.
What needs to be done for use: Should the 2-Station distribution feature be used in the XML settings of the production orders new record page? It should be selected as yes. If yes, the production order is distributed to different stations in the amount specified by the user in the window opened with the setting button on the sub-production order line on the production order details page, and after saving, the production order is saved.
Benefit:By sharing the sub-production orders to different stations at the same time, the production planning processes are improved and the production orders distributed to the stations are created according to the station density on different dates.
