Bank Transactions

- Project: Selection of related projects is provided.
- Current Account: Selection of the current account associated with the bank transaction is provided.
- Recorded by: Employee-based selection
- Entry/Exit: Entry or exit transaction selection is provided in relation to the transaction category.
- Branch: Branch selection is provided.
- Transaction Type: Transaction type selection created for the bank transactions screen is provided. In order for this selectbox to appear filled, transaction categories must be defined on the Control Panel > BPM > Transaction Categories screen and associated with the Bank module.
- Account: Selection of defined bank accounts is provided. In order for this selectbox to appear filled, account definitions must be made on the ERP > Finance Accounting > Bank Accounts screen.
- Recording Date: Recording date selection is provided.
- Transaction Date:Transaction date selection is provided.
Note: In addition to these, "Filter", "Document Number", "Ascending/Descending Date" and "Account Type (Active/Passive)" You can also increase your listing options via .
Attention: If the "TL Equivalent" checkbox is selected in the filter field on the Listing screen and the search is made by selecting a foreign currency account in the "Bank Account" field, the "Balance" column appears on the listing screen.

Bank Transactions Page Settings/XML Settings:
To view the XML settings on the Banking Transactions screen, click Control Panel > System > Page Settings box. opens.

- Show Subtotals: If "Yes" is selected; At the end of each listing page, totals are displayed cumulatively and in transaction currency.
- Collection/Payment Type can be selected: If "Yes" is selected; Collection/Payment Type selectbox is displayed.
- Project Column Shown: If "Yes" is selected; The project column is shown and does not affect the project popup.
- Show Branch Column: If selected as "Yes"; The branch column is displayed and does not affect the branch popup.
- Let the Expense Amount and the Receivable Appear Together in the Loan Payment: If "Yes" is selected; It allows the expense amount and receivable amount to be seen together in loan payment.
- Viewing Transfers Made by E-Account: If "Yes" is selected; It allows viewing the transfer amounts sent by the e-account regardless of the current account type authority.
