Expense and Revenue Transactions
Keeping costs under control in today's intensely competitive environment is vital for businesses. Where are the expenditures made, for what and by whom? Which are the unplanned expenses and the expenses that exceed the budget? In W3, expense and income records are recorded using Expense and Income Vouchers. Expenses and incomes are sized with these slips, which are extremely simple to use. In this way, it is aimed to look at expenditures and incomes from every angle.
Expense and income transactions work directly with the budget system. In other words, it is mandatory to select a budget item to record an expense and income voucher. For example, when an invoice is recorded, the recorder does not directly select a budget item for the product or service sold or purchased. These operations are done with background definitions. Or bank charges are incurred when bank transactions are recorded. But recording an Expense and Revenue voucher is directly entering a result entry into the budget.

It automatically creates a voucher line by distributing the expense or income to the columns/dimensions on the vouchers according to predetermined percentage rates. The total of the lines is 100% of the expense. When the distribution button in the header line of the voucher is clicked, the template is selected in the window that appears and the distribution is made by writing the expense/income amount. While templates are used directly on expense and income vouchers, they are distributed in the background in the invoice according to predetermined templates. It is especially helpful for distributing expenses such as rent, electricity and kitchen expenses according to departments.
