Cash Payment
Cash transactions can be carried out and controlled with cash payment.

Attention: In order to perform the Cash Payment transaction, transaction category definitions must be made correctly and the user must have authority in the modules. Cash box definitions and payment types should also be defined. For more information, you can read the article titled "Cash Management".
Cash Payment Transaction

Cash payment transaction is made according to the details provided. These are respectively;
- Transaction Type: Transaction type is selected. In order to make a Cash Payment transaction, the "Current Transaction" and "Perform Budget Transaction" options must be selected in the transaction category definitions.
- Cash: Cash is selected.
- Payment Type: Payment type is selected. Note: To ensure that this parameter is defined, the relevant parameter should be checked on the Control Panel > System > Parameters page.
- Current Account: Current account selection is made.
- Document Number: The document number appears automatically, the user can enter the desired number unless there is a record with the same document number.
- Date: Transaction date is selected.
- Amount: Transaction amount is entered.
- Foreign Currency Amount:The foreign currency equivalent of the transaction amount is automatically selected from the "Transaction Currency" section on the right.
- Project: If this cash payment is related to a project, select it.
- Physical Asset: If there is a physical asset to which the cash payment is related, this is selected.
- Payer: The person making the payment is selected.
- Description: Any description can be entered about this transaction.
The transaction is completed by clicking the "Save" button.
The Invoice Closing Transaction is thus opened on a current basis. For more information about this process, you should read the article titled "Invoice Closing Transactions".
Bulk Payment: Bulk Registration
If you want to process cash payments in bulk, click the "Add Bulk Payment" button at the top right of the cash payment registration screen.

After giving the main details such as transaction type, cash and date, the current account to which the cash payment will be made is added from the basket field. After the transaction details are entered, a lump sum cash payment is made.
If there is a ready CSV file, it can also be added at the top right of the page. Thus, bulk transactions can be made without providing individual transaction details.
Cash Payment Listing and Update
After the cash payment transaction is made, listing can be made according to filter options on the "Cash Transactions" page. By selecting the transaction type of the cash payment transaction and searching, a simple listing is made without records of all other cash transactions.
To go to the details of the transaction, click on the colored section under Transaction Type in the basket area. If you want to print this transaction, you can click on the button at the end of the basket area.

On the update screen, unlike the registration screen, the disbursement voucher of this transaction, associated documents and notes can be displayed on the upper right side.
Cash transactions are carried out on the current statement after the offset voucher is checked. can also be examined. For more information, read the article titled "Current Extre".

All cash transactions, cash cash amounts, cash transfers, transfers, purchase and sale invoice closing, cash collection, check and payment transactions are carried out through the Cash Module. The Cash Module is included in the general financial management and works integrated with all finance and accounting modules.
