Service Management XML Settings
Service management; maintenance, repair, technical support, etc. regarding after-sales products and services. It covers the processes. With the Workcube Service Module, you can see which type of service was provided to which customers regarding which product or solution, which service ended in what situation, etc. You can control the situations.
Setup

2 - Applications for which I am in the partner team
If yes is selected, only applications for which you are in the business partner team will be displayed when the listing is made.
3 - Listing by Micro Region Code
The Micro Region Code option allows users in sales and distribution organizations that manage sales teams with micro region codes to see only the subscribers in the micro region code for which they have authority. Selecting "Yes" activates this control.
Adding-Updating Service Applications
2 - Specify other applications belonging to the member
If yes is selected, the other applications belonging to the member field appears in the application detail.
3 - Applications for which I am in the business partner team
For this parameter to work, an employee is first added to the corporate member team.
If a corporate member is added to the business partner section of the Service Applications and this XML parameter is marked yes, other than the team employees. No employee can view this service application.
4 - Application date and acceptance date may be the same.
If no is selected, the application date and acceptance date cannot be the same. The system gives a warning and does not perform any saving/updating operations.
5 - The person who performs the operation can be selected in service operations.
If yes, the person who performs the operation can be selected manually in product service operations.
6 - The price cannot be changed in service operations.
If yes, the price cannot be changed in product service operations.
7 - The quantity in service operations cannot be changed.
If yes, the quantity field will be opened in product service operations.
8 - If yes, should the unit be entered in service operations?
If yes, the unit field will be opened in service operations.
9 - Should the accessories be entered from the parameters?
If yes, Control Select from the accessories defined on the Panel > System > Parameters > Service Accessories page. If no is selected, the accessory is written manually.
10 - Should the product be transferred to the subscriber during service operations?
If yes, the "Transfer to Subscriber" option will appear on the product service operations page.
12 - Should multiple subcategories be selected?
Yes If selected, subcategory and subtree category parameters appear in addition to the category when applying for service.
13 - Should the workgroup be connected to the service?
If no is selected, the workgroup field appearing in service applications will not be visible.
14 - Should product categories be matched with fault codes?
For this parameter to work, the fault must first occur. When defining the code, its relationship with product categories is established. The fault code appears automatically depending on the product category of the product selected in the service detail.
15 - Should the service operations be based on the product category in the service lines?
In order for this parameter to work, first, when product service operations are defined, its relationship with the product categories is established. In product service operations, service operations related to the product category of the selected product are displayed and selection is made.
16 - Should product service operations be displayed?
If Yes is selected, the "Product Service Operations" field appears in the application detail.
17 - Subscriber product plan is displayed.
If Yes is selected, the "Subscriber Product Plan" field appears in the application detail.
18 - Should Follows be received?
If Yes is selected, the "Followings" field appears in the application detail.
19 - Prices Should it be calculated from the subscriber product plan?
If yes, it brings the prices from the product plan of the subscriber selected in the application. For this, the product selected in the subscriber must be the same as the product selected in the service. In this way, price lists depending on the subscriber can be used in service applications.
20 - Should activity and duration be displayed?
If Yes is selected, activity and duration information will be displayed in the employee-based time expenditures field in the application detail.
21 - Employee-based time expenditures
If Yes is selected, the employee-based time expenditures field is displayed in the application detail.
22 - Create a job record for the officer?
If selected as yes, it automatically opens a job record for the selected officer when registering the application. This parameter only works for adding.
Service Operations Only Receive Products Included in Inventory
If Yes is selected, products with the included in inventory box checked in the product detail will be displayed.
3 - Select Return/Exchange
If Yes is selected, the transaction type field will appear in service transactions. In this way, it can be selected whether the product is returned or exchanged.
4 - Update the Stages in the Line
If Yes is selected, line-based stage changes can be made on the update page.
5 - Update the Packaging
If Yes is selected, the definitions made in the packaging field are made after the registration process. can be updated.
6 - Select the Return Rejection Reason.
If Yes is selected, the return rejection reason field will appear in service transactions and the rejection reason can be selected.
7 - Reference and Customer
If Yes is selected, the reference and customer fields will be opened.

If No is selected, the products given as promotions will not be refunded..
11 - Exchange Products Will Be Added Stages
