Workcube Assignment Form Transactions refer to the form prepared to appoint employees to open or newly created positions.

- Personnel Request: It refers to the field where the request for this position will be selected in the system.
- Title: The title name appears automatically. However, if a different name is desired, it should be written here.
- Company-Branch-Department: It refers to the field where the department is selected by clicking on the ellipsis icon in the relevant field. Note: Only the department must be selected, branch and company information comes automatically.
- Name Surname: It refers to the field where the name and surname information of the employee to be assigned will be entered.
- T.R. ID Number: Employee's T.R. It refers to the field where the identification number will be entered.
- Unit and Task: The unit and task in which the employee will be placed must be selected.
- Date of Birth: It refers to the field where the employee's date of birth will be selected.
- Work Experience in This Field (Years): It refers to the field in which the number of years of experience of the employee will be written manually.
- Gender:It refers to the field where the gender of the employee will be selected.
- Military Status- Military Status Description: It refers to the place where the employee's military status can be selected and the area where the explanation can be written.
- Educational Status: It refers to the area where the employee's education status can be selected.
- Driver's License: It refers to the field in which the employee will be selected if he/she has a driver's license.
- Psychotechnics: It refers to the field in which the employee can be selected with or without a psychotechnical report.
- Does the employee have a relative working in the same branch? It refers to the field where the employee has or does not have a relative in the relevant branch. It refers to the field where the degree is written.
- If it is a Fixed-Term Employee: If the employee will work for a certain period of time as a result of the relevant appointment, this field must be filled. What should be taken into consideration is that this field should be left blank if it is an indefinite-term employee.
- Work Start-End: It refers to the field where the date on which it will start and end for fixed-term employees is selected.
- Company-Branch-Department: It refers to the field where the company, branch and department where the employee previously worked is selected. (Important; Fields numbered 18-25 will be filled in if the employee has been transferred or is a former employee).
- Task: It refers to the field where the position in which the employee previously worked will be selected.
- Reason for Leaving: The employee is a former employee. It refers to the field where the reason for leaving the job is selected.
- Employment Start: It refers to the field where the date of first employment at the time the employee leaves is selected.
- Employment End: It refers to the field where the employee's exit date is selected when he/she leaves.
- Old Wage: It refers to the field where the wage at the time of leaving the job or, if transferred, is written.
- Gross Wage: It refers to the field where the starting wage is written.
- Addendum: It refers to the field where the employee's fringe benefits other than the salary are selected.
- Opinion: It refers to the field where the registrant will comment on the newly appointed employee.
- Assignment Status: It refers to the field where the employee is selected in whatever appointment situation he/she will be assigned.
- Record:It refers to the area where the appointment form will be saved.

3.7.8. Norm Staff Shortages/Surpluses
You can see the planned and actual number of employees for the branch by clicking on the branch link on the Norm Staffing screen. In addition, on the Norm Staff Shortages / Surpluses screen, you can view the number of required (planned) and existing (recruited) employees in your norm staff for the desired breakdown (Company / Branch / Department) and period (Month / Year) and the difference between the required number of employees and the number of existing employees. With this function, you can view standard staff shortages and excesses for the desired breakdown and period on a single screen, and decide on actions such as recruitment and rotation.
3.7.7. Norm Staffs
You can create a standard staff by planning the number of employees you will have in your organizational structure, and decide on actions such as recruitment or internal rotation by comparing the planned number of employees with the current number of employees. With this function, you can view the planned number of employees for the units, the current number of employees, and the planned salary and salaries defined for the employee on the same screen.
3.7.5. Promotion and Rotation Requests
Promotion and Rotation Requests records your promotion, transfer, rotation and wage change requests under the Human Resources module.
Role Planning
Workcube HR-Role Planning Module allows the management of all positions within the company, position employees, and all position-related planning and definitions. The Role Planning Module allows viewing employees who meet the qualifications defined for vacant positions within the organization.
3.7.2. Position Task Transfer
With the position task transfer function, if an employee in one position changes position within the company or leaves the job, the actions that the employee is responsible for are transferred to the employee in another position.
