- Declaration
- The employer can create and send information about the company and employees to official institutions through the Notification Module.
- Payroll
- It refers to the areas that are included in the calculation of the items in the payroll printouts of the employees in the organization and regulate the progress payments periodically as long as the employee works. It ensures that all movements related to employee payrolls and tallies are recorded and controlled effectively and efficiently.
- Payroll Rules
- Payroll Rules define employee information such as salaries, deductions, allowances, tax exemptions, leave, overtime, wage rules.
- Attendance and Control
- It is the module that measures how much the personnel actually works. It allows detailed recording and reporting of work entry and exit times. Daily working hours and calculations are stored and reported at certain date intervals.
- Wage Management and Personnel Management
- Identification of information about employees such as salaries, leave, social assistance, bonuses, collective wage adjustments, overtime, shifts and working hours, and their use in full integration with all calculations, relations with official institutions, etc. It enables transactions and activities to be carried out and managed from a single center.
