There are processes to be followed regarding Workcube Human Resources Recruitment and Selection.
Creating an Advertisement
The personnel request entered by the manager is converted into an advertisement via the HR > Planning > Role Planning > Personnel Requests screen.
Shown in the screenshot below;
Create an Ad: It directs us to the page where we will create HR Ads.

Type: Data from the personnel request will be automatically defined on the ad creation page. You can write the qualifications required for the position in the description field.

If you have a visual advertisement design that you have prepared for your advertisement, you must upload it to the Visual Advertisement field.
The criteria you have selected in the advertisement and the description field will be displayed in the publication areas you have selected. If you have a Career Portal that you have prepared on Workcube, the relevant advertisement will be published in this area if you select the Internet.
Applications and Selection List
To list and review the applications made for the advertisement, you can filter the advertisement you want from the Recruitment > Applications field.

You can create a Selection list for your ad via HR > Recruitment > Selection List .

The created selection list is associated with the candidates who applied for the job posting and the candidates to be interviewed. In this selection list you can categorize Short List and Long List candidates. (Categorization is parametric. Any number of categories can be created.

By choosing from previously created templates, information such as interview invitations and positive/negative feedback are sent to the candidate through the system.


Interview Evaluation Forms
Forms created in the Recruitment type via System > General Settings > Form Generator are in this area. It can be filled out for the candidate by selecting the desired form.

Feedback
It is used to list the applications received for the published HR Announcements.
