1. Application
After deciding which of the virtual POS, physical POS or mobile POS options provided by N Kolay will be used, N Kolay should be contacted and virtual POS agreements should be made.
The stages from application to approval are as follows:
- The application form is filled out at www.paynkolay.com.tr. It should be stated in the application form that the contact is made via Workcube.
- Depending on the turnover range in the application, N Kolay returns a quote. The price offer is discussed and approved.
- Necessary documents (tax plate, signature circular, activity certificate, registry registration document, ID photocopy, commercial registry gazette and Iban number) are sent to N Kolay.
- With the submitted documents, the allocation phase begins. At this stage, after the company is evaluated, an approval or rejection result may be obtained.
- Once the approval result is received from the allocation, the transactions are completed. A physical signature is not required at this stage.
2. Integration
N Kolay provides bank definitions and integration definitions. Authorization information such as username, password, ClientID and StaticID given to the bank are confirmed. This information may vary from bank to bank. Then, integration processes on the Workcube side begin.
What needs to be done for integration on the Workcube side are as follows:
- Authorization information transmitted by the bank is defined on the Virtual POS Definitions screen. According to the company relationship logic, different virtual POS definitions can be made on behalf of different companies and withdrawals can be made from different virtual POS depending on the company.
- In order to perform cancellation/refund transactions and receive reporting by the bank, the necessary information must be obtained through N Kolay. User screens and your company-specific user information will be provided by N Kolay.
- For a transaction that is not approved in the virtual POS transaction, "Insufficient balance!" or "Lost card! Seize the card" warning information is given.
- For security purposes, the project manager must be informed in order to keep log records of all transactions that are approved or not approved in the system.
- After all virtual POS definitions are made, the servers must be restarted.
3. Virtual POS Usage
You can make order-related and unrelated payment transactions such as "Finalize Order" or "Finance Payment" through your B2B/B2C site. At this point, it is of great importance that your definitions such as your portal design and payment method are made correctly.
You can use the Credit Card Collections > Online Collection (Virtual POS) screen for your own internal transactions or collection transactions made by obtaining information over the phone.
All virtual POS transactions can be viewed on the Credit Card Collections list screen.
In this way, at the end of the day or at certain periods, you can transfer your virtual POS transactions to your real accounts at the bank and Credit Card Collections. You can follow up by comparing them on the list.
In case of any differences, you must manually enter the missing transactions into the system. To track your transactions exactly, you can check whether the transaction code information in the Credit Card Collections list is the same as the code information in the bank.
