Output Templates


Workcube Output Center is a tool that allows you to preview your documents before you print them out, download your previewed document directly in the file format you want, archive the relevant document in a digital archive, and send the document to the people you want or to the accounts or contacts associated with the document.

Before sending the documents to WOC, the relevant documents are defined from the Dashboard > System > General Settings > WOC Documentation page. While defining the document on this screen, templates are selected from the "File" section. These templates are defined from the Output Templates screen.

A special template can be designed for the relevant function from the Workcube Output Templates screen.


The screen consists of 3 parts;

  • From the fields in the first section, the outline of the template and which WOs it affects, the associated transaction type, the template path, etc. is defined. WO fields are mandatory. When filled, it is directed directly to the WOC with the action value entered.
  • The appearance of the template is set in the Page Specifications section. Here, settings such as height, width, margins, whether or not the logo should be used are made. Header and Footer sections will come in accordance with the given dimensions.
    Header: It comes from the Output Template settings. If the values are empty and the used logo, address is not clicked, the header will not appear.
    Footer: It comes from the Output Template settings. If the values are empty and the logo, address is not clicked, the footer does not appear.
  • In the Detail section, a description of the template is entered.



After the template is created, from the WOC Documents page; The pre-prepared output template is selected in the relevant transaction type.


Afterward, when you want to print out a transaction made in the mentioned transaction type, the WOC screen opens where you can preview and you can print your document by choosing between the templates you have defined.
