Selecting Work Accident as Leave Request, Approval and Permission-Excuse Category

On the E-Profile Card > Dashboard > My Leaves > Leave Request pages, the employees enter their leave requests or when the HR unit enters the leave record on behalf of the employees, the rules are run according to the selected category. When Work Accident is selected as a category, it will be reflected on the payroll as salary payment on the day of the accident and SSI notification will be made according to this rule.

For Example; There is a work accident report of an employee between 23/07/2020 - 27/07/2020. If the relevant checkbox is selected in the parameters, the 5-day rest will be transferred to the payroll as 4 and will be covered by the relevant company for 1 day.

Warning:

The parameter must be active. Otherwise, it will not be reflected in the payroll one day.

If the "The company pays for 1 day" checkbox and "The company pays for 2 days" checkbox are selected in the same category, the payment for 3 days will be reflected on the payroll.

"The company pays for 1 day" checkbox and "paid" checkbox are selected in the same category, all leave days will be reflected on the payroll.
