Note Exit Registers


Note Exit Registers are the screens used in the event that a note exits the business in some shape or form. It is used not only for the promissory notes issued, but also in cases such as the endorsement of the notes received from the customer, the return of a previously received note of receivable to the current account, sending it to the lawyer in case the receivable note cannot be collected, or sending it to the bank for clearing (collection).


Warning: In order to use the Note Transactions screens, "Transaction Type" definitions must be made for the relevant screens on the Transaction Categories screen. For detailed information on the subject, you can read our article titled "Check/Note Transaction Categories".

Note Exit Register

Route: ERP > Finance - Accounting > Check - Note > Note Exit Register


The note is selected in the Current account section to be issued. By clicking the "Select Note" button at the bottom of the screen, the note(s) of the selected current account is selected and an exit register is created.

Note Exit Register - Bank

These are the notes used to collect the notes in the portfolio to the bank.
  1. Expense: This is the field where the bank expense amount for the bank transaction is entered.
  2. Expense Center: It is the field where the expense center is selected for the collection to the bank. 
  3. Expense Item: This is the field where the expense item is selected for collection at the bank.
By clicking on the marked "Select Note" button, the note that is to be exited is selected. 

Note Exit Register - Bank Guarantee

These are the notes used to guarantee the notes in the portfolio to the bank.
Route: ERP > Finance - Accounting > Check - Note > Note Exit Register - Bank Guarantee


Note Exit Register - Collection

These are the notes used to collect the notes in the portfolio directly or by hand.
Route: ERP > Finance - Accounting > Check - Note > Note Exit Register - Collection


As it is a collection process, the cash account is selected first. Then, by clicking on the "Select Note" button, the notes in the relevant cash account are listed. Select the note(s) to be collected and click Save. The selected note is displayed on the collection screen.

Expense, Expense Center, and Expense Item selections are made and the note issue-collection process is completed.


Note Return Exit Register

These are the notes in which the notes in the portfolio are returned to the person collected.
Route: ERP > Finance - Accounting > Check - Note > Note Return Exit Register
