Operations Under the Project


Workcube provides centralized management of all activities and information such as project meetings, Project Sales and Purchases, Time Spendings, Inventory Transactions, Invoice/Expense Transactions, Production, Service Management, CRM.



Your project's;

  • And visit records can be reached through "Project Management > Projects > Project Detail > Operations"


You can see these records on a document basis, or you can list them on a row basis. You can also list the records related to the project by year. With the document and line-based project relations in the records you make in the relevant modules, your document will be displayed in the operations area of the project detail.


You can make calendar entries of the meetings and interviews you have made related to the project via Project Management > Projects > Project Details > Related Events. In order to view it in the project detail, the project must be selected.

You can make the time spendings of the employees related to the project by associating them with the branch office, department, product, description, category, activity type, project, job, through Project Management > Projects > Project Detail > Batch Time Spending.


Collection-Payment-Cash Management under the Project

You can access your project's bank transactions, cash account transactions, current transfer transactions, Check Entry Register, Note Entry Register, credit card collections, Collaterals, bank instructions, related budgets via Project Management > Projects > Project Details > Financial Transactions. In the relevant modules, you can list the records associated with the project by fiscal year.

You can access the transaction categories of modules such as invoices and inventories via Dashboard > BPM > Transaction Categories page. By selecting the option to make project-based accounting in the details of these transaction categories, it can be ensured that the accounting codes in the project are sent, not from the product card, while the accounting receipt is generated. You can enter the accounting codes associated with the project in the project detail via Project Management > Projects > Project Detail > Other > Accounting Code.

To access the report of your project-related expenses, you can access the "Project Management > Projects > Project Details > Detailed Expense Analysis Report".

You can access the "Project Management > Projects > Project Detail > Project Debt / Receivable Status" route to see your current debt status regarding your project.

"Project Management > Projects > Project Detail > Cumulative Project Progress Summary Report" displays the profit-loss information according to the income-expense status of the transactions realized within the scope of the project. Filtering can be done on the basis of project category, project, period, workgroup, date, and status in the report.
