Defining Human Resources Additional Allowance


During the year, some additional allowances may be given to the employees apart from the salary. Additional Allowance is in addition to the monthly salary. While defining additional allowance on Workcube, it can be adjusted according to various parameters, additional allowance can be entered collectively, additional allowance can be given in a certain amount or it can be proportioned according to the employee's salary. The time periods in which these allowances will be given can also be adjusted.



Defining Additional Allowance: After creating a salary card, you can create it by clicking the + icon on the screen that appears by selecting Additional Allowances from Other.


Additional Allowance Definitions

Additional allowance definitions are made for officers via the HR > Payroll Rules > Additional Allowance Definitions field, and the process of creating the payroll for the relevant month is performed. Social Security status should be selected as an officer, payroll type (Additional Course, Project), and the method (Hour*Allowance, Plus) should be selected and saved. The allowances we have created are added to the employee by the following methods.


Additional Course Additional Allowance, Additional Course 2, and Allowance*Night Holiday allowances are defined to the employee from the EATS Paid Works field.

  • Additional Course Additional Allowance: It is the area where the extra hours for the relevant day are defined for the area where the staff working in the Education work more than the current course hours. The calculated salary is shown on the Additional Allowances page of the employee's salary card.
  • Additional Course 2: It is the field where the extra hours for the relevant day are defined for the field where the personnel working in dual education work more than the current course hours. The calculated salary is shown on the Additional Allowances page of the employee's salary card.
  • Allowance*Night: This is the area where the extra hours for the relevant day are defined for the area where the staff working in Education - Night work more than the current course hours. The calculated salary is shown on the Additional Allowances page of the employee's salary card.


Project allowances are defined to the employee in the Project Allowance Account field.

Project: This is the field where the hourly wages of the officers defined for the relevant project are written in the Hour/Allowance section and the number of hours worked for the related project in the Man/Hour field is defined. The allowance to be received by the employee from the relevant project is calculated by defining a % to the distribution share. The calculated salary is shown on the Additional Allowances page of the employee's salary card.





Payroll must be created after the relevant additional allowance definitions are made.


Payroll Calculation

The employee's payroll for the relevant month is created via the HR > Payroll and Timekeeping > Payroll field. Branch office, Status, Type (Additional Course and Project), and Month should be selected and the list should be called. After selecting the Type section on the screen that appears, when we say create payroll, you can view the payroll of the relevant additional allowance by clicking the print icon.

Warning: It is necessary to select which additional allowance you want to payroll in the Type field.

Warning: After the payrolls are created, if we view it from the print icon, it shows the total, but when we say show distribution, the payroll of each allowance is displayed separately on the screen
