5.3. Subscription Authorization and Processes

1- Authority Groups

In order to be able to operate in the subscription module, the user must first be authorized to the Subscriber Management Module under SUBO in the Authority Group.

If the user needs to see the Subscription related reports in Standard Reports other than the module, the Report User box should also be checked.

ROUTE: Dashboard > System > Security > Authority Groups

TIP: You can also authorize users on an event basis.

For Example: Subscriber can register but not able to update.

For detailed information about authorities, you can review the Authority Groups document.

2- Company Flow Parameters

Subscriptions in the Sales Module are shaped depending on these parameters.

3-Processes

You can define more than one authority group during the process stages and assign the positions you have determined beforehand to these authority groups. Thus, a position may be authorized at one or more stages of one or more processes.

In order to manage subscription processes, you must first be authorized to all related processes. These processes are;

  • Subscriptions

  • Payment Plan

  • Counters

You can access the page via Dashboard > BPM > Process.

You can select the persons who will be authorized for the relevant process from the "Maker" field in the details of the stages in the processes.

  • Subscriptions

Processes differ from business to business. You should define the process in accordance with your business. Processes are selected for transactions and updates on the Subscribers page. For example, "Payment Plan" should be selected when the "Registration" Payment Plan is created while the Subscriber is at the registration stage, and the "Cancellation" process should be selected when the Subscription is Canceled.

  • Payment Plan

During the Payment Plan, you can define the stages you use in accordance with your business. For example; You have created a payment plan, but you want to revise it. It is understood that the Payment Plan has been revised when it is checked after defining the “Revised” stage in the process stages and selecting the stage. In this way, it provides convenience in operation.

  • Counter

When adding counters, certain stages are selected in the processes. These stages should be fully defined. E.g; If there will be a change in the counter, the "Change" phase should be defined in the processes.
