Packages


With the Packages page under the Shipping - Logistics section, ensures the effective and efficient planning, transportation, storage, and tracking of the movement of all kinds of products in the supply chain from the source to the last point of consumption in order to meet customer needs, the product that is produced and ready to be delivered to the customer is properly brought together.

Route: ERP > Sales-Distribution > Shipping-Logistics > Packages

  • On the Packages page under Shipment - Logistics, a new packaging record can be created to follow the process of properly assembling the product to be delivered to the customer by clicking the "+" button at the top of the page.
  • With the "Search" button on the page, the products to be packaged are listed.


1 - Process: Specifies the process to which the package belongs.

2 - Related Transaction: Selection is made for other transactions related to the package, such as Order, Production Result.

3 - Related Document No.: Specifies the number of the document to which the package is associated.

4 - Current Account: It is the account where all transactions between you and your customers and suppliers are collected for that order.

5 - Contact Person: It is the information of the person authorized about the transaction.

6 - Project: It is used to indicate the project that the order is covered by the package.

7 - Package No: It is the number given to the package for tracking the packaged products.

8 - Package Type: It specifies which type of package the products will be delivered to the customer. We can update the package type as Corrugated Cardboard Box, Envelope, Bag, Large Parcel, Parcel according to the need. 

9 - Input Warehouse: Indicates the warehouse where the supply and packaging of the product will take place.

10 - Max Volume-Max Weight: Indicates the maximum volume and maximum weight of the products to be included in the package.

11 - Related Documents and Notes: By clicking on the Related Documents and Notes section, we can add our notes on packaging, if any, to ensure that the procurement phase is completed in a more controlled and accurate manner.

12 - Order: By clicking on the Order section, we can be directed to the Order page to which the packaged product belongs, and we can check all the details and provide the information flow correctly.

13 - Packaged Products: Indicates the products that will be included in the package. In this section, the quantity, amount and stock status of the products can be checked.

14 - Total Amount: You can check the total amount of packaged products in terms of weight here.


On the packaging detail page, there are Packing Transactions in the lower section. From the Service Item section in Packing Transactions; By choosing the stages such as Wooden Pallet, Corrugated Box, Unloading, Strapping, Loading, Labeling, it is possible to keep track of which processes the package goes through.

By using the packaging page, it is ensured that the products to be delivered to the customer are followed in a planned and efficient way within the supply chain, and the products are made suitable for delivery to the customer.
