Inventory Detail


It is the screen where information such as all inventory actions of the product, how much is in which warehouse, what are the strategies for the said product.


Route: ERP > Sales-Distribution > Product and Stocks > Inventories


You can also access the screens by clicking the "Inventory Detail" link on the top right of the details of the relevant product.

In the left part of the inventory detail section, summary information about that product is automatically displayed by the system. On the right, you can view information such as your product's ınventory information, order information, production information, shipment between warehouses, locations where sales cannot be made. 

Unit: Inventory quantities are listed according to the selections made in the Quantity and Warehouse fields. If the warehouse is not selected, the total inventory amount in all warehouses is displayed.

Actual Inventory: Displays the amount of inventory currently physically in warehouses.

Sellable Inventory: Displays the amount of inventory that can be sold at the moment. Actual Inventory + Pending Purchase Orders - Received Order/Reserved - Warehouse of Scrap - Locations that sales not available - Production Orders Reserved + Production Orders Expected

Warehouse of Scrap: Products seen as scrap are transferred to scrap warehouses, preventing them from being included in sellable inventory. In addition, products in such locations can be sold while the production plan is being made, and they are prevented from being included in the actual inventory. Thus, scrap products are kept intact and separate from usable products.

Order Received / Reserved & Order Given / Pending: The information in these fields is transferred to the inventory detail from the sales and purchasing modules.

Production Orders / Reserve & Production Orders / Expected: Shows the status of production orders.

Inter-warehouse Transfer - Imported Goods Receipt: Shows the information about the shipment of imported products to the warehouses

Locations that sales not available & Locations that sales not available (Pending Order): In some Locations, the “Not on sale” option can be selected. When this option is checked, the inventory quantities in those locations are displayed here.

The inventory distribution chart of that product is displayed on the right side of the page, along with its variations.


The following operations are performed with the sections at the bottom of the Inventory Detail page;


Inventory Strategies

Inventory strategies are the part that follows the inventory changes of the product, provides control, and plans the inventory quantities. Each time an inventory code is created on a product card, it is added and displayed as separate lines in the inventory strategies section of the inventory detail.

Each inventory code line defined in the product card is automatically added to the Inventory Strategies section on the Inventory Detail screen. Inventory strategies must also be defined separately for each individual inventory item.

Inventory Detail

You can see how much the product is in which warehouse. You can do the following operations with the help of marked icons;

  • Spec Conditions: You can check the spec status of the stock.
  • Actions: This icon directs you to the actions of the relevant inventory. The actions of the product on a transaction or warehouse basis can be displayed.
  • Locations: On this screen, you can see how much the product is in which warehouses and locations.
  • Create Production Order: You can create a production order by looking at the amount of your inventory in the warehouse-location.


Alternative Products

In this field, if an alternative product is defined for the product, the inventory information of that alternative product is displayed. This field is based on XML. If you wish, you can remove this XML by selecting "No" in Dashboard > System > Page Settings. For detailed information about XML Settings, you can review the Inventories XML Settings document.


The following operations can be performed with the help of the links at the top right of the Inventory Detail page;

Spec: In this section, inventory tracking is done on the basis of spec.

Transactions: All transactions of that inventory can be viewed in the Transactions section. For detailed information, you can review the Inventory Transactions document.

Locations: In the warehouses, you can view the inventory quantities in the locations within the storage areas as a separate list on this screen.

Product cost and cost history are displayed in the Cost section. For detailed information, you can review the Inventory Costs document.

In the Prices section, you can see the standard purchase and sale prices, the last purchase and sale prices, etc. are displayed.

The product card can be accessed from the Product Details section. When you want to make any changes to the product, you can update using this button.
