Position Types


Position type is especially important for giving authority and performance evaluation areas.

Position type is especially important for giving authority and performance evaluation areas. For this reason, when creating position types, their use in this area should be considered. Job descriptions of the employees are associated with the Position Types and defined to the system. For this reason, you can create the position type based on your company's job descriptions.

Tip: "Title, Function, Level and Reason" information is also included in the position type parametric settings. If this information has been filled in, you can have the relevant fields filled automatically by simply selecting the position type while defining a new position.


Defining Title

You can define by following the steps Dashboard > System > Parameters > Titles.

This is the field where you define the title information used in your company.


Functions - Units

You can define by following the Dashboard > System > Parameters > Functions - Units steps.

This is the field where you define the company units.


Defining Level

You can define by following the Dashboard > System > Parameters > Organization Levels steps.

It is the area where you define the management levels of your company.


Reason Definitions

You can define by following the Dashboard > System > Parameters > In-house Reasons steps.

In-house reasons are information used in hiring, job rotations, or quitting situations.
