List of EATS


EATS stands for Employee Attendance Tracking System. With EATS, the hours and dates when the employees enter and leave the job can be tracked, so that each employee who comes to work on time or late, or leaves work on time or early, can be detected through this system.


Route: Attendance and Control > EATS List


From the EATS List screen, you can follow the working days and holidays of the employees together with their dates. You can create a new record by clicking the "+" icon;



The record you created will be displayed in the EATS list as follows;




NOTEIf there is an ID defined on the salary card in the EATS No field, it will be displayed.



Things to Check Before Employee Attendance Tracking System


The following definitions must be made to the relevant employee on the Payroll and Timekeeping > Salaries - Allowances page;



  1. The shift type of the employee is selected from the shift section.
  2. EATS Type is selected.
    1. Independent: EATS does not take into account.
    2. Dependant: EATS does take into account.
    3. Fully dependant Hour: Branch office-based EATS takes account the entered data on an hourly basis.
    4. Fully dependant Day: Branch office-based EATS takes account the entered data on a daily basis.
    5. Shift Schedule: Shift Schedule takes into account the shifts you defined.
  3. If the entry and exit controls of the employees will be made through the Personnel Integration Management or Import option, the ID in the EATS system should be entered in this field.



Personal work entry and exit times should be defined on the Attendance and Control > Shift Definitions screen. It is necessary to define the reduction of lunch and break from the daily working hours.





From the Attendance and Control > Work Hours screen, Social Security Workplace Working Hours must be defined in the system, and weekly leave definitions must be made.
