Production - Orders

The production process starts with the transfer of the product items determined to be produced in the sales order to the Production - Orders function under the Production Planning module.

Route: ERP > Production > Production Planning > Production - Orders

When your orders come to the production stage, they go to the Production Planning - Production - Orders screen to be given a production order. All details of the order can be observed here. (Order date, delivery date, current account that will produce, how much of the relevant product will be produced, is there any production request or production order given, inventory details of the product, inventory status according to warehouses, etc.)

For detailed information about XML settings, you can review the "Production Planning Page Settings" Document.

In addition, many operations can be performed according to your needs from here. You can view detailed information by clicking on the order number.

The work schedule (shift), the order quantity to be produced and the start date can be updated via the orders. If you want to see the material requirement of the product to be produced, it comes automatically. You can do this for a product you want or for all products to be produced.

From here, you can create the transaction you need, such as a delivery note, warehouse receipt, internal request, purchase request, for the materials defined in the bill of materials but missing from the inventories. You can also create a production request for a production order or place a production order directly.

Tip: A production request can be created from both the Orders and Requests pages. Partial requests can also be created from the Orders page.

Warning: When we filter without ticking the "Group" box on the Production Planning-Orders screen, the products with the same spec number in different orders appear one after the other on a row basis. A production order is given by selecting the orders in the relevant line and clicking the "Send to production" button.

WarningIn order for the grouping function to work, the Production Planning-Orders “Group” box must be checked. By ticking this box, the same products with the same spec number are displayed in a single line. By clicking on the order, it is seen that the products in which order came. In the same way, the production order is given by selecting the relevant orders and clicking the "Send to production" button.

Tip: With the deadline calculation feature on the order screens, you can instantly give a deadline to the customers with the order registration according to the status of the work orders at the existing work centers.

Create Request

You can create a production request by selecting the relevant order, entering the stage and request number, and then clicking "Create Request".

Material Requirements

You can click on the "Material Requirements List" to view the order-based material requirement list, or click the "List of All Material Requirements" button to view all.

The quantities of other materials in the product content required to produce 1 unit of product are previously defined in the bill of materials.

How many units of a product are desired to be produced, the quantities of other products in the content of that product are automatically calculated by the system. As a result of this calculation, a material requirement plan emerges, taking into account the quantities in inventory.

Quantities required as a result of this plan are taken into inventory through transactions such as a delivery note, warehouse receipt or purchase request. If we have enough of the other products in the product BOM to produce the product, we can now send the product to production.

You can also get the material requirements in batch, that is, you can make this calculation according to the responsible, supplier, product, product category, purchase price list, listing, and warehouse on the basis of production requests and orders in the date range you want.

As a result of this calculation, it will show you data based on product, requirement, actual inventory, active inventory, minimum inventory price, reserved from purchase orders, expected production orders, remaining, unit, total price, and currency.

Send to Production

You can place a production order by selecting the relevant orders and clicking the "Send to production" button.
