Product Price Detail


Workcube makes it practical for you to make pricing for a customer segment, employees, partners or sales channel and to create price lists specific to a segment or directly to the customer. In Workcube, the product price is directly related to the price list.


Route: ERP > Sales-Distribution > Products and Stocks > Products > Product Detail > Price Detail

The Price Detail page is a page where you can add a price suggestion to the product and check the added suggestions, price lists including the product, prices such as last purchase and last sale.

1- This field contains standard price information independent of the price lists of the product.

2- In the Sales Prices field, there are the price lists that the product is included in and the prices according to these price lists. You can change the price by clicking the marked “+” icon.

3- You can view unit price changes by choosing Graphic, Pie, Curve, or Bar from the Unit-Price Changes field.

4- Final Purchase Prices: In this field, the price information on the final purchase invoice of the product is displayed.

5- Final Sales Prices: In this field, the price information on the final sales invoice of the product is displayed.

6- Competitors' Prices: It is of great importance to follow competitive prices in order to create sales strategies and to maintain a competitive advantage. Competitor prices are recorded on the ERP > Sales-Distribution > Price Management > Competitors Prices page.

7- Price Change Suggestions: The prices entered by the users who are not authorized to the price will fall into the price change suggestions. By clicking on the icon at the end of the line, you can go to the details of the price offer, and if you are authorized, you can accept or reject it.


With the help of the links at the top right of the Price Detail screen, the following operations are performed;

1-Price Deletion: If you are authorized for the relevant prices in the Price Authorization Definitions, the delete button will appear. Here you can delete defined prices.

2-Price Changes: You can view the standard sales price changes and dates of the product from this area.

3-Daily Price Changes -All Lists: Unlike price changes, you can view all price lists that have been changed here.

4-Cost: This link takes you to the Product Costs page. Here you can view the cost history of the product.

5-Stock Detail and Product Detail: You can go to the stock detail with the inventory link in the Other field, view the transactions, and go to the detail of the product with the product detail link.
