Workcube Sales Management module offers all the functions you need to centrally manage all your sales activities from opportunity registration to shipping. It is the module where all the activity processes (opportunity, offer, order) required for the sale of the products in Workcube and sold according to the special agreements and price conditions with the customers are followed. In Workcube, with a single click, opportunities turn into offers, and offers turn into orders.


Every salesperson who is a user of the sales module can instantly access general and contact information about the customer, customer orders, offers given to the customer, opportunities, and projects related to the customer in order to provide optimum sales, consultancy and support. It allows your customers and partners to create and track self-service orders.

Sales Management offers all the functions you need to centrally manage all your sales activities from opportunity registration to shipping. When there is a sales opportunity, the opportunity record opens. Sales activities are carried out through the opportunity record until the status of the offer or order is finalized. The online access to Workcube allows the sales team to access the information they need instantly by accessing the system wherever they are, and thus to gain new customers by utilizing all sales opportunities. Opportunity management helps preserve corporate memory. All interactions for opportunities that take a long time or even years to turn into sales remain recorded in the system for years, regardless of the sales employee.

The offers are; It is the structure where the product prices are presented to the customer and recorded in the system directly as well as after the sales opportunity. The offers prepared in the offer module can consist of sections such as an introductory page, main offer page, price quotas, sales tools, and answers to the questions of the customer to whom the offer is made. Customer-specific offers can be prepared by adding an unlimited number of additional pages to the offers.

Orders and installment orders in the sales module can be registered to the system either directly or in conjunction with the offer. Orders are price and deadline agreements for products presented to the customer. Promotions and special discounts calculated in the order details are automatically displayed by the system. Production, purchasing, and shipping orders can be created automatically over the order. Orders are in one-to-one integration with Workcube's finance, shipping, inventory, production, product management, mobile sales and campaign modules. In this way, when the order is received, customer current account control, product inventory control, discount price calculations, product delivery from company inventory, suppliers or other outsource, etc. transactions can be done easily.
