Viewing Tax Statement/Declaration Files


With the Workcube Tax Statement/Declaration Module, you can view the creation of the Tax Statement/Declaration files of the employees in your organization and the XML files created. You can authorize your employees to view and create a single branch office, multiple branch offices or all branch offices to create a Tax Statement/Declaration and view the created declarations. 

With this function of Workcube, it provides the opportunity to be used only by the employees you authorize.

Tax Statement/Declaration authorization to create a single branch file and view the created file

XML is created by the authorized person of the relevant company and branch office, and XML can be viewed by the employees authorized in that branch office.

Tax Statement/Declaration authorization to create (All Company) file without selecting a branch and viewing the created file

When you want to create the Tax Statement/Declaration of all branches in a single XML without selecting a branch for the relevant company, only the branches where the employee is authorized are created as a single XML. However, the employee who wants to view it should be checked whether those branches are authorized because the employee cannot view the branches that he does not have authorization. An empty XML is displayed in front of the employee.

NOTE: Only high-level employees are authorized to view all branches.
