The success of the project depends on the qualified and hardworking workforce. You should create a project team in accordance with the project goal and scope. No software implementation project can be accomplished despite its client team and staff. You should get full support from the customer. In addition, you should recruit experts with sectoral and functional experience appropriate to the scope of the project team.





Workcube Project Team
A typical Workcube implementation project requires multiple expertise and disciplines.

DTS/Digital Transformation Specialist
They are experts who determine the digital strategy, digital roadmap of the enterprise and design and implement the digital transformation project with a holistic approach.

Project Leader
Details the Workcube Implementation project in accordance with the Digital Transformation roadmap, plans, creates human resources, manages the team, tasks, budget, and time

Implementer Consultant
Workcube Implementer Consultants are divided into business families such as Intranet, Human Resources, FA, SD, MM, CRM, PAM, PMS, B2B2C according to their expertise. The implementer consultant implements and implements the business functions within the scope of the project.

Coder
It makes the additional code development and customization needs needed within the scope of the project in accordance with the development rules.

Test Specialist
Tester tests the functions that are implemented, customized, or further developed within the scope of the Project, catch errors, ensures the correct operation of the application, and gives approval.

Technical Expert
Plans and manages the infrastructure of On-Premises or Workcube applications installed in the cloud. Performs physical or virtual server, operating system, database, correct configuration of application servers, bandwidth, memory and HD capacity, security settings, backup, and monitoring activities.

Auditor
The auditor examines whether the project is progressing in accordance with the strategic framework, objectives, time, and budget. He/she examines and regularly reports the project management rules and documentation.


Customer Project Team
Digital transformation concerns all business units and ways of doing business. A customer team should be formed to work in harmony with the Workcube team.

Sponsor
The highest level representative who plays a role in the project on behalf of the client is the sponsor. Project Leaders are accountable to the sponsor. The Auditor and the Independent Advisor report directly to the sponsor. The sponsor monitors the progress of the project through monthly progress meetings and reports.

Project Co-Leader
He/she is the person who manages the project on behalf of the customer together with the Workcube Project Leader. The client team manages the tasks in accordance with the budget and timetable.

IT Manager
Provides infrastructure or user support on the customer side.

CDO-Chief Digital Officer / DTS – Digital Transformation Specialist
They are managers or experts who determine the digital strategy, digital roadmap of the enterprise and implement the digital transformation project with a holistic approach.

Inhouse Coder
Customer employees who perform the additional code development and customization needs which are required within the scope of the project in accordance with the development rules.

Freelance Consultant
The freelance consultant hired by the client.


Suggestion
Ask the project team to sign the Project declaration document stating that they freely accept the roles and working rules determined in the project and that they will work with all their strength and capacity for the success of the project. This way, you create a stronger team.
