Employees Eligible for Qualifications

With the Workcube Role Planning Module, you can specify qualification information and qualification levels for the employees in your organization. This information can be used in transactions such as assigning a newly opened position or assigning a vacant position. With this function of Workcube, you can easily find employees who are eligible for the desired qualifications and qualifications in in-house rotations or assignments, and you can decide on the relevant transaction in a shorter and, healthier way.

From the qualification definition screens, a form can be added for the qualification evaluation process on an employee basis. With this function, it is possible to evaluate how well the criteria expected on the basis of employee and qualification are met. Route: Role Planning > Other > Employees Eligible for Qualifications

From this page, you can search according to the qualifications required by the position before the decision to be taken for a newly opened position in your organization or for a vacant position to be appointed.

In order to display the employees with the required qualifications on this screen, specify the relevant qualification and qualification rate and click the "Get Eligible Employees" button. When you click this button, employees who meet the criteria you specify will be listed.

NOTE: The results displayed on the screen bring the employees with qualifications above the specified rate.

NOTE: You can switch to the e-profile card of the employee by clicking on the links of the employee names on the resulting screen.
