e-Delivery Note


Instead of paper Delivery Note, taxpayers using e-invoice now use e-Delivery Note with the same legal quality and richer content.



Preliminary actions to be taken before using E-Delivery Note are listed below.

  1. Make e-Delivery Note Integration definitions. Route: ERP > Finance-Accounting > E-Government > e-Delivery Note Integration Definitions
  2. Select e-Delivery Note Type definitions from Transaction Categories.
  3. Select Scenario definitions from Transaction Categories.
  4. Make the extension of the file in the link .cfm and add it to the special reports with the name "e-Delivery Note Taxpayer Update" and create a scheduled task for this report. See the help topics for adding special reports and scheduled tasks.
  5. Make the extension of the file in the link .cfm and add it to the special reports with the name "Incoming e-Delivery Note Inquiry" and create a scheduled task for this report.
  6. Make the extension of the file in the link .cfm and add it to the special reports with the name "Outgoing e-Delivery Note Status Inquiry" and it will create a scheduled task for this report.

E-Delivery Note Main Transactions

  1. Go to the Sales Delivery Note screen. Route: ERP > Sales-Distribution > Shipping-Logistics > Sales Delivery Note
  2. Fill in the fields in the document and line and complete the registration process.
  3. On the update screen that comes up; Hover over the "e" icon in the upper right, click the Preview tab to check the accuracy of the information from the template that opens.
  4. On the same screen, hover over the "e" icon, click on the Send Delivery Note tab and send the Delivery Note.

Post-Actions

  1. Hover over the "e" icon, click on the Shipping Details tab and make sure that the delivery note is sent and the document number is updated.
  2. On the same screen, hover over the "e" icon, click the Return Values tab to query the status of the delivery note.
  3. Note: Another way to do this is; is to inquire collectively the status of all delivery notes sent by running the "e-Delivery Note Status Inquiry Report" under special reports.
  4. Hover over the "e" icon on the same screen, click on the e-Delivery Note Image tab, download the PDF format of the delivery note to the computer and check it.

e-Delivery Note Integration Definitions

Route: ERP > Finance-Accounting > E-Government > e-Delivery Note Integration Definitions



Warning:
In order for the e-Delivery Note Integration Definition screen to function correctly, "e-Delivery Note" usage approval must be obtained.

Info Fields and Definitions

  1. Active: In order for e-Delivery Note to be available, the active option must be selected.
  2. e-Delivery Note Transfer Date: The date after the approval of e-Delivery Note can be used must be defined.
  3. Live Url: It is the link received by the integrator for the transactions to be made over the real records. ( https://netdespatchintegrationwithoutmtom.digitalplanet.com.tr/ )
  4. Test Url: It is the link received by the integrator for the transactions to be made over the test records. ( https://netdespatchintegrationwithoutmtomtest.eveelektronik.com.tr/ )
  5. Test: This option should be ticked for the environments to be tested.
  6. UBL Version: UBL version should be selected from the selection box, there is only one option at the moment and it is the last version. Its selection is mandatory.
  7. Company Code: The Company Code transmitted by the integrator company must be entered in this field, it is mandatory.
  8. User Name: The User Name submitted by the integrator company must be entered in this field, it is mandatory.
  9. Password: The password sent by the integrator company must be entered in this field, it is mandatory.
  10. e-Delivery Note Number: It represents the number of the delivery notes to be stored by Workcube, this field is mandatory.
  11. Template File: When sending the Delivery Note, if a customized template is desired to be used, it is loaded from this field, its format should be xslt. If left blank, shipping will be done on the standard template.
  12. Process Used in Incoming E-Delivery Note: If the process is desired to be used in the incoming e-Delivery Note, this box should be checked. If left blank, the processes will continue without a process.

Warning:

If the above information is incorrect, the warning "Could not receive a ticket by the integrator" will be encountered while saving the page. In this case, the information should be reviewed and re-saved. If no warning is encountered while saving the page, it means that the integration process has been successful.


  1. If the current account is an e-Delivery Note taxpayer, the "e" icon will appear on the Sales Delivery Note screen.
  2. By clicking on the preview tab, the final version of the Delivery Note template before it is sent can be viewed and checked.
  3. By clicking on the Send e-Delivery Note tab, Delivery Note is sent.

e-Delivery note Status Inquiry

  1. After the Delivery Note is sent, the "e" icon will turn orange.
  2. By clicking on the Shipping Details tab, the information in the shipping process (if there are problems, etc.) is displayed. If it has sent successfully, the ID will be forwarded to Workcube by the integrator and the document number will be updated with this ID.
  3. You can get information about the latest status of the delivery note by clicking on the Return Values tab. ( Pending Approval, Accepted, Rejected etc. ). Another way to do this is with the e-Delivery Note Status Inquiry report available in special reports. The status of the delivery notes in the last 1 month can be collectively queried through this report.
  4. By clicking on the e-Delivery Note Preview tab, the PDF format of the delivery note can be previewed.

Incoming e-Delivery Note

  1. Select the Delivery Note you want to process from the Delivery Note list and click the Detail button on the far right.


Warning:
In order for the incoming delivery notes to be seen in the system, the "Incoming Delivery Note Inquiry" report must be run. You can also update the list by running the report periodically or manually in the definitions made in this report scheduled tasks.

  1. Examine the details of the delivery note and select the document type for the Delivery Note.
  2. Select either "Accept" or "Reject".
  3. If you accept, Delivery Note will be transferred to the detail screen of the delivery notes received.

Warning:

Confirm the sending company's information such as title and tax number. If the sender is not in your current account, e-Delivery Note cannot be received! If the sender's record does not match, you can select the correct current account from the three-dot field next to the title, or you can first register the current account and then select the current account from this field.
