Case

Omer, who is the General Manager at Acme company, is working as the Factory Manager in a newly opened factory. Omer, who was satisfied with the Workcube platform he used for Acme company, preferred the Workcube platform for the newly opened factory.

Omer, who could not go to the company due to the Pandemic, is able to do all his work from home and not experience any problems thanks to Workcube. Waking up every morning as if he were going to work, Omer determined 4 more personnel were required for the factory.

Omer, who logs in to the Workcube platform by typing his username and password, goes to the Personnel Requests Page to request personnel and fills out 4 personnel request forms for the master, foreman, warehouseman, and driver.

The Human Resources Manager, who sees the personnel demands from the notifications, displays the personnel demands, approves the personnel demands with a single click, and tells the Human Resources Specialist to open these four positions in the Workcube system. Then it prepares and publishes advertisements for these 4 positions.

Personnel candidates who see job postings apply for a job. The Assistant Human Resources Specialist, on the other hand, records the CVs of the personnel who apply for the postings and examines all CVs. He/she creates a selection partner and adds the people he/she deems sufficient for the position to the selection team. Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Specialist Selection interviews people who are inspired and selects suitable candidates.

The Assistant Human Resources Specialist, who requests a health report from the selected candidates, archives these health reports. Then, he/she creates employee cards by entering the personal information of the personnel who will start the work and starts the employment of the employees. Wage allowance cards are also created for 4 blue-collar employees whose employment is initiated.

It is now time for salary for the personnel who have been working for 1 month. Without wasting any time, the Human Resources Specialist quickly creates the payroll and timekeeping of the employees on the Workcube platform and informs the Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager also gives instructions to the bank and pays the salaries and additional allowances of the employees.
