The Catalyst Company started a performance evaluation process by setting a 1-month target for its employee in order to evaluate the process for its recruited employee. For this process, first a performance form was prepared, then it was associated with this employee's card and entered into the system with the target record made for the employee. This target and performance form given at the end of 1 month was evaluated and conveyed to the manager.

The steps to be followed on Workcube for all processes are as follows;


Preliminary Transactions

  1. Define titles. List>>
  2. Define authority groups. List>>
  3. Define position types. List>>
  4. Define position names.  List>>
  5. Define Target Categories. List>>
  6. Make HR Forms process definitions. List>>
  7. Make employee card process definitions.  List>>


Main Transactions

  1. Define the employee's employee card. Add>>, Upd>>
  2. Define the employee's role-position card. Add>>, Upd>>
  3. Define performance evaluation form. Add>>, Upd>>
  4. Add evaluation questions to the form. Upd>> (Form Detail > Sections-Questions)
  5. Evaluate the form defined for the employee in the Assessment and Evaluation Forms. List>>
  6. Go to employee detail and enter the results for the evaluation form. Upd>>
  7. The result of your evaluation will be listed on the Assessment and Evaluation Forms screen. List>>
  8. Set a target for the employee. Add>>, Upd>> 
  9. Evaluate the goals given on the performance evaluations screen. Add>>, Upd>> (The employee should be selected within the date range of the determined target.)


Post-Transactions

  1. Examine the evaluation results of defined reports. List>>
  2. Review users' reviews on their behalf. (My home>Other Transactions>Performance Evaluation)
