ChatFlow


Chatflow is the screen where Workcube users and visitors communicate by messaging and receiving notifications.


Route: Top Menu > Message > ChatFlow

When you click on the smile icon indicated in the image on the top menu, online people in the system and chat records are displayed on the conversation icon.

On the Workflow page on the Chatflow screen, warnings and notifications that come to you depending on your authorization are displayed. You can read our "Warnings and Approvals" content for detailed information.

1. In this section, you can see the online users and which page they are working on and can remove them from the system if desired. Correspondence with users is provided. Users, instant messages, group calls, and visitors can be reached with the help of icons.

2. In the message area, it is possible to send photos, files, audio recordings, and snapshots. When the file and picture icons are clicked, the document and pictures to be sent are added to the screen that opens, and sending is done. The download process is performed by clicking the cloud icon next to the incoming images and documents.

When you click on the process detail icon next to the messages sent about the process, it goes to the process detail.

Process and stages organize document records. Preparation, approval, and rejection mechanisms of the documents are displayed in the process-stage selection box. On the other hand, operations are carried out according to stages. Workflow records are created. E-mail or in-system online notification, notification is created via Chatflow.
