Risk and Assurance Definitions


Various transactions can be made after risk and collateral are defined.



In order to manage risk information, process authorizations must first be given. Operations are performed by pressing the "+" icon if a process is wanted to be added, or by pressing the "Filter" button if it is desired to make updates in the process.

Route: Settings > BPM > Processes

The screenshot above states:

Process: This is the field where you will write the name of the process you want to define.

Related Companies: You can select the relevant companies in which companies you want the process to appear.

Fuseaction: You can define on which screens you want the process to appear.

You can create new stages in the process and control their order. You can choose which states you want it to convey when the stage is added.

Responsible: A definition is made for which employees will be authorized to the stage.


Collateral Transaction Category

Route: Dashboard > BPM > Transaction Categories

The picture above shows the following;

Transaction Category: Opens a pop-up to display the transaction categories you want to add,

The corresponding boxes are ticked to indicate what kind of operations to perform. Records the marked fields.

Authorized Position Categories: Authorizes the transaction categories you add for the authorized position types we define.

Authorized Positions: Authorizes the transaction categories you add for the authorized positions we have defined.

Approval and Notifications: If there is a situation in the transaction category, information will be sent to the attached employees.

The Collateral transaction cannot be performed without selecting the checkboxes on the right.


Collateral Categories

The page is accessed via Dashboard > System > Parameters > Collateral Categories.

You can add the Collateral Categories you want to define by clicking the "+" icon or update the related category by clicking the pencil icon.


Reasons for Blacklisting

Dashboard > System > Parameters > Reasons for Blacklisting route should be followed to access the page below:

You can add the Reasons for Blacklisting you want to define by clicking the "+" icon or update the relevant line.



You can define the risk and work of Accounts by going to ERP > Sales-Distribution > Customer-Supplier > Accounts page by selecting 'Risk and Working Conditions Details' under the 'Other' option from the account details.

Contacts' risk and working information can be defined by selecting 'Risk and Working Conditions Details' under the 'Other' option from the account details via ERP > Sales-Distribution > Customer-Supplier > Contacts page.

At the same time, a bulk transfer can be done from Dashboard > System > Import > Member Risk Details Transfer page.
