Current Account Statement


With the Current Account Statement, the transaction breakdown in the current account can be tracked and the related invoice closing process can be made.

On the Current Account Statement page, you can extract the transaction breakdown of the current accounts. It is possible to detail this current statement with the help of various filters.

Current Statement Filtering Options


  1. Current Account: Select here to print the current statement of the current account. It is a required field to be selected.
  2. Project: If a current statement of a certain project of the current account is desired to be issued, a selection should be made in this field.
  3. Invoices: According to the invoice-based selection, the current account statement can be issued.
  4. Collection / Payment Type: Current statements can be issued according to the collection and payment type.
  5. Subscription No: If a selection is made according to the subscription number, the current account associated with that subscription is displayed.
  6. Branch Office: According to the branch-based selection, the current account statement can be issued.
  7. Account Type: Account types can be selected according to the main standard, sales, purchase, advance, collateral, consignment, export registered delivery.
  8. Physical Asset: Current statement can be issued according to the current transactions of the physical asset.
  9. Project Categories: Instead of selecting a single project, the current statement of all projects under that category can be issued and analyzed by selecting the project category.
  10. Date: Current statements can be issued according to specific date ranges.
  11. Template Type: Current account statements can be written according to "Detailed Account Statement" or "In-Module Printer Documentation" templates.
  12. List Options: Operations can be made according to the defined list options.

Selection Boxes: The current statement to be run can be filtered according to the options here. Other than options such as "Do not display unpaid checks/notes", "Do not display unpaid instructions", "Payment Performance", and "Manual Payment Performance", selecting "Batch Statement" increases the filter options available:

A detailed collective statement can be created with the "Member Category", "Customer Representative", "Buyer / Seller", "Current Ending Account", "Special Code" options.

There are also options such as "Bring Associated Members", "Get transacted ones", and "Don't display accounts with zero balance" under the batch statement.

With the "Export to PDF" option, it is possible to export to PDF with the "Current Account-based paging" and "Group by Customer Representative" options.

The current extract can be downloaded as a zip file or saved as a document in a digital archive with the "Import Excel" option.

After detailed filtering, the desired current extract appears with the "Run" button.

Current Statement Detail

When the current statement is run, some transactions to be made here appear.

In the Current Statement detail screen, with the options at the top right, "Payment Request", and "Payment Order", invoice closing operations are performed and debt-credit management is provided.

At the same time, you can view the company details of the current account. You can save this current extract in various formats and send it by e-mail and print it out.

The main headings in the basket area when the Current Statement is run are as follows;

No, date, document, transaction (click to go to the details of the transaction), debit, credit, balance, B/A (Debit/credit status) and lastly, there is a status title for manual closing.

If it is red, it is not closed manually, if it is orange, partial closing has been made, if it is green, manual closing has been made, you can view the details of the situation when you hover over it with the mouse.

Tip: When clicked to enter the transaction details, some transactions and accounting transactions can be made on this screen. You can search for the transaction type on the Wiki to get detailed information about these transaction types.

When you go to the end of the current statement, you can see the general total as debit, credit, and balance and learn the debit/credit status of the current account.
