Internal Requests


Within the organization, your employees can create an internal request for the products and services they need. Click on the “+” icon on the listing screen to create an internal request.


Route: ERP > Sales-Distribution > Purchasing > Internal Requests


1-Department: The relevant department is selected from this field.

2-Title: Write the subject title for the internal request.

3-Requested by: In the requested by section, the user information that displays this screen will automatically appear. If the requester is different, you can change it from the popup.

4-To: In this field, select the user who will evaluate the request. User information in this field can also be specified from the XML setting. Write the position ID of the user you want to be defaulted with the xml of “The user who will come by default from the To field”.

5-Shipping Method: In the Shipment method field, specify how the requested product will be shipped.

6-Task/Assignment: If the product you request is required for an assignment or task, specify it in this field.

7-Priority: Specify the priority status of your internal request.

8-Process: In this field, specify the stage of the internal request.

9-Reference: In the reference field, if the internal request created on a screen (for example, from the material requirement table on the production order screen), the relevant record number (UE-74) on this screen is displayed.

10-Delivery Date: Specify the delivery date for the products you request in the delivery date field.

11-Services: If the product you have requested is related to a service application, specify the relevant service application in this field.

12-Explanation: You can specify explanation/detail information about the internal request.

13-Input Warehouse: In the input warehouse area, specify in which warehouse you will keep the product you have requested when you receive it.

14-Entry Project: If the product you requested will be used for a project, specify the relevant project in this field.

15-Logout Project: If the requested product is already in inventory for a different project, it can be logged out from that project and entered into the new project by selecting the Logout project.

16-Output Warehouse: If the requested product is available in inventory, it can be entered to a different location by selecting the output warehouse.


The use of the basket area is as follows;

To add products to the basket, click the “+” icon at the beginning of the basket line. A list of products will appear. From here, select the products one by one by clicking on their units. You can also add products to the basket by typing the inventory code, barcode, or serial number and pressing the "enter" key.

You can change their amount manually. Then click the “Save” button.

On this screen, you can click the "Update" button by changing/updating the information you want, or you can click the "Delete" button to delete the internal request. In addition, you can perform the following operations with the help of the icons in the upper right corner of this screen.


1-Purchase Request Convert: You can click on this link to convert your internal request on the update screen into a purchase request. For detailed information, you can review the Purchase Request document.

2-Consumables Receipt Convert: You can click on this link to convert the products you have requested into consumable receipts.

3-Convert to Delivery Note: You can click on this link to convert your internal request to a delivery note on the update screen. For detailed information, you can review the Interwarehouse Transfer Delivery Note document.

4-Convert to Order: You can click on this link to convert your internal request on the update screen into an order.

5-Purchase Offer: You can click on this link to convert your internal request into an offer on the update screen.

Internal Request Details: When you click on this icon, you can view the relevant documents/notes or add a document/note, and access the internal request fulfillment report.


With the help of other links, you can view additional information of internal requests, related notifications and perform operations such as printing, saving, and copying.


Creating Internal Request over Data Transfer

You can use Data Transfer to create a large number of internal requests at once. Click on the Data Transfer icon in the upper right corner of the internal request registration page.

Document: Select the document with the product information in this field. The format of your document should be as written above.

Transfer Type: Make the relevant selection based on the code found in your document (inventory code, barcode, or custom code).

After specifying the necessary information, click the "Save" button and you will be directed to the order adding page. After detailed selections, you can place the order.

When you click the "List" button, you can list the products in the document you have added. You can also convert it to an order after you list it.
