Self-Service HR Transactions


In the Self Service HR Transactions, transactions such as personal information, payrolls, viewing expenses, requesting leave, etc. are easily provided on this screen.


Route: Intranet > HR Transactions

1. Advance Request: Advance can be followed from the workflow by requesting an advance from the administrator via this page. There are two options on the advance request page: "Advance" and "Advance in Installments". In order to make an advance request on these pages, it is first requested by specifying the reason, subject, date, and amount.

  • The incoming account statement on the previous request and account details page shows incoming and outgoing transfers. The Payroll section shows the employee payrolls between the specified dates. The advance and installment advances you requested are displayed.

2. Leave Request: Using the leave request tab, we can create a leave request. On the page that opens, the type of permission is selected in the category section. Allow and excuse categories are defined on the parameters page. After the start and end dates of the leave are entered, the start date is also determined and the leave request is created.

  • The previous requests and permissions page displays previously used permission information. If there is annual leave used, it is listed. Annual leave entitlements are checked. Permission agreements are checked.

3. Overtime Request: It is work exceeding 45 hours per week within the framework and conditions determined by labor law. On the Overtime page, a request is created by selecting the employee, the process, and specifying the working days (Leisure Time, Add Wage), the dates between which they work, and the days (Working Days, Weekends, Public Holidays, Night Work).

  • If there is any previous overtime work on the previous requests and overtime page, the working day, duration and date are listed here.

4. Flexible Worktime Request: Flexible working is a type of work where the working hours of the employees are different from the standard working hours. On the flexible worktime request page, after selecting the process (Unit Approval, Manager Approval, Acceptance, Rejection) date, applicant, branch, and department, a request can be created by entering the year, month, day, time range in the box or simply by entering the date and time range.

  • If there is a previously created request on the previous requests page, it is displayed on this page.

5. Give/Take Procuration: Procuration is the authority given by one person to another person to do business on their behalf. There are two fields in the tab menu of the page. A request is created by selecting the process, Procuration /Giving Procuration, and entering the start and end dates on the "Give Procuration " and "Take Procuration " pages.

  • The procuration Given/Taken page displays previously created procuration.

6. Travel Allowance Request: Travel Allowance is the payment made to officers and servers who are transferred from their original place of residence to other places on temporary or permanent duty, in return for the additional expenses they will make due to their relocation to their new place of duty. It is requested after specifying the type and amount by going to the basket section by selecting the process, document type, start and end dates, and the associated travel on the page.

  • Requests created on the previous requests page are accessed.

7. Travel Request: It is considered an official travel, provided that he is in charge of domestic/international courses, seminars, conferences, panels, and exhibitions for business reasons. There are seven boxes on the travel request page.

  1. Contact information is automatically displayed in the travel information box. The country or city of destination is indicated. The reason for the assignment is specified depending on the type of travel (Duty trips, long-term trips, educational trips) and the project.
  2. Assignment information including the route, start/end dates, and the number of duty days is indicated if there is a vehicle request, visa requirement, and hotel request.
  3. This is indicated if advance information, travel advance request, hotel advance request, or international departure fee is required.
  4. Event information start and end dates are entered.
  5. Personal travel preferences and departure/return dates of the flight are indicated.
  6. The means of transportation to be used for/during the trip are selected.
  7. The conference to be attended, meeting address, and website are specified.
  • Requests created in the previous requests and travels section are listed.

8. Training Request: Due to training, a request is made to attend training such as conferences, exhibitions, and seminars. On the training request page, one of the Catalog / Non-Catalog options is selected. The training to be taken from the training catalog is selected. The request is created by selecting the Start and End dates.

  • On the previous training and requests page, you can access the training attended, the exact training to be attended, the training requests created, the annual training requests, and the pending approval.

9. Health Expense Request: The employee requests health expenses for himself/herself or his/her relatives. On the page, expense information is entered according to the process, document type, date of operation, institution providing service, and the VAT rate of the person receiving treatment. The invoice amount is specified. Makes a request. 

  • Health expense requests created on the previous health expenditures page are listed.

10. Expense Request: These are the expenses made compulsory for the business. On the expense request page, if the process, document type (Expense Receipt, Customer Expense), document date, requester, payment method are available, the due date and the dealer are entered. The request is created by entering the date and expense amount in the box.

  • Previous expenses are listed on the previous expenses requests page.

11. Equipment Request: On the equipment request page, the asset type (Vehicle, Computers, Office furniture, and equipment, etc.) is selected, the requester, the purpose of use (Consultancy and Support, In-Office, Sales, etc.), the request is created by entering the date of the request.

  • The debits and assets page lists the assets list and previously requests assets.

12. Assessment Forms: On the assessment listing page, the assessment form type (Trial Period, Termination, Questionnaire) is selected and the form is filled.

13. EATS Status: The personnel tracking system ensures that entries and exits are made in order and prevents errors. EATS ensures that the personnel works in an orderly manner.
