Web Phone Usage


Web phone is a phone application that allows you to make phone calls over the Workcube screen with your internet browser without having to install any desktop software on your computer.

How to Use the Web Phone?


Warning: In order to be able to use the Web Phone, integration definitions must be made in the company flow parameters and the personnel settings must be defined internally to the employee whose personnel settings have been completed on the Verimor screen. For integration, you can read our article titled "Cloud PBX Integration and Usage".

When we click on the button specified in the image on the top menu, the Web Phone page opens. If the definitions are missing on this page, it gives the warning "The company's virtual switchboard has not been integrated".

  1. Search Address Book: You can search the contacts stored in the address book box and directly call the phone by clicking on the phone icons. Missed calls from the internal are listed here.
  2. Web Phone: Calls can be made by typing a number in the web phone section, or by clicking the phone button in the contact information in the address book. We can hold the call, auto answer it. At the same time, there are options such as transfer unattended, mute, do not disturb, hold and start a second call. One of its most important features is the ability to answer the call. The caller dials the number in the contacts and the result is listed. We can go to the details of this member during the conversation and this will help us during the conversation.
  3. Contacts: When the call is received or made, it searches and lists the number in the contacts.
