Case

Required personnel request has been entered by the company manager. Seeing the request, HR created and published an advertisement for the request. Candidates to be interviewed from the applications received in the advertisement were added to the selection list. The recruitment process will take place for the candidate who is suitable for employment after the interview process is completed.

An employee e-profile will be created,

Main Transactions

  1. General information about the employee must be entered on the add employee page. (Fuseaction: fuseaction=hr.list_hr&event=add, Click Here for the Help Document)
  2. After adding an employee, you can perform the following transactions on the employee update page from the tab menu;
    • You can Add Employee Relative (Route: Other > Add Employee Relative. Click Here for the Help Document)
    • You can upload all the documents in the personal documents to the system. (Route: Other > Personnel Documents)
    • You can add a contract. (Route: Other > Contract)
    • You can view the Accounting Statement. (Route: Other > Accounting Statement)
  3. Summary information about the employee can be made on the employee update page with the following transactions;
    • You can associate the document added to the digital archive with the employee. (Documents)
    • You can enter the bank accounts of the employee. (Bank Accounts)
    • You can take notes about the employee. (Notes)
    • You can list the leaves of the employee and detailed information about the annual leaves. (Leaves)
    • You can view the assets for which the relevant employee is selected as responsible on the PAM module. (Assets)
    • You can access all the evaluations made through the performance module for the employee on the Evaluation Forms. (Evaluation Forms)
    • You can view the Entry and Exit and Wage cards of the employee from Entry and Exit. (Entry - Exit)
  4. Position definition should be made to the employee on the Roles - Positions page. (Route: HR > Planning > Role Planning > Roles and Positions. Fuseaction: hr.list_positions&event=add, Click Here for the Help Document)
  5. Accounting Periods and Branch Office Authorizations should be given to the employee under the tab menu Other > Settings on the update page after the Roles - Positions are defined for the employee's authorizations on the system.

  7. You can create the Statement of Employment by selecting the employee entered on the Listing Page and clicking the Statement of Employment File button. (Route: HR > Personnel Payroll > Payroll and Timekeeping > Job Entry - ExitFuseaction: ehesap.list_fire)
  8. After the employee is entered, wage card definitions of the employee must be made on the Salaries - Allowances page. (Route: HR > Personnel Payroll > Payroll and Timekeeping > Salaries - Allowances. Fuseaction: ehesap.list_salary. Click Here for the Help Document)
  9. Employee's Workplace Information, Cumulative Tax Base at the Beginning of the Period, Salary Information, Salary Definitions, Accounting Codes, Additional Allowance, Deduction, Tax Exceptions, Automatic Fees Definitions, Overtime information can be edited from the salary card. (Route: HR > Personnel Payroll > Payroll and Timekeeping > Salaries - Allowances. Fuseaction: ehesap.list_salary&event=upd)

Post-Transactions

  1. It should be checked whether the employee can log into the system.
  2. The employee should check their information on My Position > Position and in case of mistakes, they should contact the HR unit.
  3. The employee should check their information on My Position > My Information and complete the missing information.
  4. The employee should check their information on My Position > My CV and complete the missing information.
