Measurement and Allocation Table

The measurement and allocation table helps in creating the variations (series) of the product. A product can have many variations. For this reason, we create a measurement and allocation table for the variations of the product, in order not to waste time by opening the product one by one. Before creating the size and distribution table, product-specific features are determined.

Measurement and Allocation Chart on Model Screen

Route: ERP > Model > Tab Menu > Size and Distribution Table

  • The values can be increased or decreased manually in the size and distribution table or by using the up and down inputs by finding the values in the column.
  • There are two options in the table. "Create Measurement and Allocation Chart" and "Create Stock by Measurement and Allocation Chart" create the chart in the first step. After the sales order is created for the product, after the approval is given, the stocks are created. The reason for this is that if we create and produce the stocks without the customer's approval for the product, the products remain in our hands.

According to the created table, when the stocks are desired to be converted to the bill of materials with its components, the same bill of materials with the components of the main product is created when "Create Bill of Materials According to Variations" is said in the stocks box. When the created trees are to be cleaned later, the cleaning process is performed by clicking the "Clear Product Structure Variations" button from the stocks box.
