Accident-Penalty Management


With Accident-Penalty management, you can perform accident-penalty control of company vehicles, you can easily view which vehicle has had which accident and which penalty, and you can follow up the accidents and penalties of the vehicles from a single center on a regular basis.


By using this module, companies can keep accident and penalty records of company vehicles and control them.


Note: Before using the Accident-Penalty Module, all parametric definitions to be used within the company related to Accident-Penalty must be made under the title of Physical Assets in Dashboard > System > Parameters.


Adding an Accident Record

Route: Motor Vehicle Management > Accident Record


Accident Type definitions are made on Dashboard > System > Parameters > Accident Types page.

Defect Rate definitions are made on the Dashboard > System > Parameters > Defect Rate Types page.

Document Type definitions are made on the Dashboard > System > General Settings > Document Types page.


Accident Search

Route: Motor Vehicle Management > Accidents

From this page, you can list the accident records of a vehicle. You can also enter accident-related insurance, maintenance, or penalty record.

To the right of the listed records;

  • You can also add the Penalty Record from the Ticket Record icon.
  • When you click on the Maintenance Plan icon, the Add Maintenance Plan page appears. The maintenance plan you added is listed on the Maintenance Plan page and displayed in the Maintenance Schedule.
  • When you click on the Insurance Details icon, the "Insurance Information Entry" page about the accident opens.


Adding Penalty Record

Route: Motor Vehicle Management > Ticket Record

If the ticket is related to an accident, the vehicle is defined in the Accident Relationship field. After the Accident Relationship selection, the "Licence Plate", "Responsible", "Branch Office" fields are automatically taken from the accident record. If the penalty (ticket) is not related to an accident, do not choose in this area.

The Paid By field represents the party that will make the payment. If the accident occurred due to the fault of the driver, tick the person box, if the accident occurred due to the negligence of the company, tick the company box.

The Ticket Registered District field represents the side where the penalty is registered. If the accident occurred due to the fault of the driver, check the Licence box, if the accident occurred due to the negligence of the company, tick the Driver's Licence box.

Note: Penalty Type definitions are made on the Dashboard > System > General Settings > Penalty Types page.

After filling all the fields, click the “Save” button. After registration, the ticket record is displayed in the list at the bottom of the page. To update the ticket record, you must click on the "Update" icon on the right side of the ticket records.

The ticket record update page is the same as the record add page. Alternatively, you can define documents from the "Documents" area. After making the necessary updates, you can perform the update process by clicking the “Update” button. To delete the Ticket Record, you must click the "Delete" button on the update page.


Penalty Search

Route: Motor Vehicle Management > Penalties

You can easily access the recorded penalties by filtering on the penalties screen.

Among the ticket records in the Accident Relationship field, it allows us to search by making a distinction like "Ticket records for an accident->Accident", "Ticket records for traffic crime without an accident->No accident" or “All Criminal Records->All”.

After filling in the fields we want to be filtered, click the "Search" button to search. Search results will be listed at the bottom of the page with the fields "Accident Relationship", "License Plate", "Responsible", "Ticket Date", "Ticket Type", "Ticket Amount", "Payment Due Date", "Amount Paid".
