Organization Simulator


Before creating a new organizational structure in Workcube, you can create an organization with the logic of sketch and view this design with the simulator. This function allows you to have information about the organizational structure before the organization is implemented.

If it is planned to gather these units under the same roof or to distribute them to different departments in units such as a company, branch, or department, you can create the new structure using the organization simulator and save it as a schema. Thanks to this function of Workcube, you will have an idea about the new units to be created.


Route: HR > Planning > Organization Planning > Organization Simulator

The Organization Simulator registration phase consists of two parts, the first part is the position where you will add the title and head for the simulation.

If you click on the "Save" button after specifying this information, a screen will appear where you can create an organizational plan by creating a hierarchy among the employees in the simulation.

The screen that opens consists of 3 parts;

  1. title and position information are displayed in the section.
  2. In the section, the "Draw" button is displayed to simulate the resulting structure with the desired breakdown.
  3. In the section, the area where you can add employees to the organization within the framework of the hierarchical structure is displayed.

If you select the employee to be included in the planned organization from the employees in the system from the detail field, specify the position type and level and click the "Save" button, the employee you specified will be included in the planned organization as you specified.

You can add more employees to the organization by repeating the same process. To add a subordinate to the top employee, click the "+" icon at the end of the line of the relevant employee and repeat the operations.


From the drawing area, you can view the employees included in the organization as a schema.

Usage in this field is as follows:

  • In the Step Down option, you can specify up to which step you will receive the schema with the affiliated employees. For example, if there are 5 different breakdowns where the employees are connected to each other, you can select the 5 options to view all employees. If it is sufficient to get a schema up to a certain breakdown, a number option less than 5 can be selected.
  • The position employee option allows you to view the specified position in the schema even if it is vacant.
  • You can choose which information you want to display such as Title, Position, Position Type, and Picture the schema you will display from the information area.
  • In the design area, you can choose how you can view the schema from horizontal, vertical, and tree options.

After specifying this information, you can view the planned organization schema if you click on the “Draw” button. You can save the displayed schema for later viewing by specifying the "Schema Name".
