Project Management Processes

In order for the projects to progress in a healthy way, their processes must be defined correctly.


Note: In order to operate in the Project Management module, you must have authorization in the module and processes.

Authority Groups

Route: Dashboard > System > Security > Authorization Groups

Which modules a user can access are set under authorization groups. Users can access modules authorized in that authorization group, a user who is not authorized to the module cannot access the business functions of that module.

In order to carry out project management works, there must be authorization in the Project Management section under PMS.

If the user needs to see the Standard Reports of this module, the Report User box should also be checked.

In addition, business function-based restrictions can be made. For detailed information about authorizations, you can review the authorization types document.


Processes

Route: Dashboard > BPM > Processes

In order to manage the Project Management processes, first, the process definition is made, and then the stages are defined. Stages; It is the operation of an authorization-approval mechanism in which certain authorizations are given to certain users.

For detailed information about the processes, you can review the Process Management and Workflows document.

You can access the processes from the processes page or by clicking Dashboard > System > Page Settings on the relevant page.

You can access the process details by clicking on it or from the processes page.

To be able to operate in the Project Management module, you must be authorized in the following processes;
  • Projects
  • Business process
