Product Quality Control Definitions
A company can easily monitor the compliance of its products with quality standards with Workcube. Quality achievements and quality control types can be defined in accordance with the company, and the compliance of quality control studies with production standards can be reported.
Before making the definitions for quality control processes, products must be registered in the system.
However, if it is desired to follow the quality control of the registered products in the system, the "Quality Followed" box must be checked in the product detail.

Creating Quality Control Definitions
Step 1: Go to the Quality Achievement page and define quality achievement types.
Route: Dashboard > System > Parameters > Quality Achievement

Quality Achievement Area: There are previously created definitions on the left side of the page. In this field, it is possible to rearrange by clicking on the relevant achievement types.
Acceptance - Rejection - Re-inspection: It is specified how to take action against the defined quality achievements.
Quality Achievement: This is the area where companies determine their own achievement types. For example: High Quality, Second Quality, Discard, Scrap etc.)
Color Code: A separate color code for each performance definition is defined in this field. For example: FF0000 (Red) code can be selected for Reject type, 008000 (Green) can be selected for High Quality.
Explanation: This is the field where annotations are made for the relevant quality achievement.
Set as Standard Option: If this box is checked for the relevant quality achievement, that definition will come as default when performing quality control process. For example: When this box is checked for High Quality, this definition comes as default when the page is opened while performing quality control.

Process Type: After which process the defined quality control should be performed is determined from this field. For example: If a product requires a Load Test after the production result, the transaction type "Production Result" is selected. However, if the quality control to be made will be based on a goods receipt, "Goods Receipt" is selected.
Control Place: Choose one of the three options to pick control place.
Standard Value - Measurement - Tolerance: These fields are used if controls are provided according to certain numerical values while performing the quality control process of a product.
Otherwise, go to the Page settings of the page and select "No" for the "Bring Standard Value, Measure, Tolerance Values" setting.

Step 3: You can find the quality control activities from ERP > Sales and Distribution > Quality Control - Warranty > Quality Control Activities

Quality Operations
The controls of the products that require quality controls after the Production Result, Goods Receipt, Imported Goods Entry, Service, or Operations are managed on this page. The boxes shown in red are processes that have not been quality controlled. The boxes shown with the green box are the processes that have all or part of the quality control done. Checked and remaining quantities are displayed in the list area.
ERP > Production > Production > Quality Operations

Both the results and operations of the quality can be checked through "Check" icon.

Note: Quality controls must be completed depending on the production result. Otherwise, when you want to create an Inventory Receipt, the system will give the "You cannot ship before the quality control process is completed" warning.
