Business Model

Most businesses work for months to prepare business plans. Many business plans do not adapt to change and become obsolete. In a world of change and speed, businesses need a business model-a business plan that is updated as new information is obtained as conditions change. To cope with the increased complexity, the enterprise needs to create an understandable unity of language and goals. In order to cope with these problems, the Canvas Business Model was developed by Alexander Osterwalder. The fact that it is very simple and shows everything together provides great convenience when deciphering a business model.

The model considers the enterprise in 9 headings and models the enterprise in a single Canvas. You can use the answers that can be found with simple questions in the business model.

To create a canvas, it is necessary to reveal the following headings.
