Workcube Service Management provides a complete and end-to-end solution for all your processes, from work orders, materials, and asset management to contracts, from warranty tracking to invoicing, enabling you or your partners to provide timely and consistent service to their customers. With the categorization system, you can automatically direct service requests to your most suitable partner.

It is used to record and track which spare parts are used and which services are provided and their total cost for applications where a service operation is performed. All service operation information is also included in the application detail. In addition, all transactions made to resolve the application are also recorded as a follow-up.

Services allow you to perform complete service request management, allowing customers to submit new cases, track the status of cases, update open cases, and review recommended solutions. Customers can add an image or text in any format to a service request form. This further improves the communication between the user and the service manager.

Thanks to Workcube's automatic e-mail reply module, the customer's service request form is received and the status of the service request is notified via e-mail. It significantly increases customer service quality by providing easy access to general documents, product information, maintenance, and repair information with its presentation on the portal.
