Scheduled Tasks


Scheduled Tasks are commands that run at predefined times or at specific time intervals. Users can receive reports or send and receive data in the periods they set.


Route: Dashboard > System > General Settings > Scheduled Tasks


Scheduled Tasks are divided into two.

  • Standard Tasks
  • Special Tasks


Standard Tasks

For standard tasks, the selection must be made from the "Select Duty" field.

  • Update system exchange rates according to the rates in the market;
    Tip: When you want to make active transactions with buying rates in the system, the &is_purchase_act=1 parameter should be added to the address in the "Update system exchange rates according to the rates in the market" option. After that, language set arrangements should be made in the relevant places in the system.
  • Show Exchange Rates in Markets;
    The Calendar page allows you to see the active rates in the Markets object.
  • Update system exchange rate by the future exchange rates;
    Rates entered using the forward\backward rate option on the Finance Exchange Rate Details screen update the rates in the system when their validity dates and times come.

Note: Check if the available services in it are up to date.

After adding the task name and description, the companies that will apply the task created from the "Related Company" section are selected.

Select the start and end date. When the date is selected, it is mandatory to enter the time information.

In the period section;

  • Once: The task only works once. E.g; Let it work once at 7 o'clock.
  • Repetitive: The task runs recursively. E.g; Work every day at 5 past 3 o'clock.
  • Every Daily: The quest runs every set hour on a daily basis. E.g; Let it run every 1 hour 30 minutes 5 seconds.


Special Tasks

Scheduled Tasks (schedule) are not only used for rate information or tasks in the standard. It can also be defined for any task to be run at set times by connecting to Special Reports.

If it is to be associated with a special report, the "Task" field is not selected. Because it is not associated with any task. After the other fields are filled, the prepared file is added to the system as a special report.

By going to Reports > Special Reports page, the details of the prepared special report can be accessed.

By clicking the "Add Scheduled Task" icon in the upper right, the box of the created task is checked.

If you want the report to be sent by e-mail every time it runs (it works according to the selected period), check the "Send Mail" box and enter the e-mail address of the relevant person in the "Related People" section. You can complete the process by clicking the “Update” button.
